I have been working on a collection of ancient Sacred Irish Music for Solo Cello, and came across Lori True's musical version to the words of An Irish Blessing. I was side-tracked and made an arrangement of it on this snowy March day. I think it suits the cello beautifully. It is very popular in Ireland, and I have often been asked to play it with my string quartet in wedding ceremonies.
