I will strongly suggest you to go for Canada if not than Europe where you have chance for passport. Acca have high demand in Europe as well it is much cheaper.

Shajji bhai ye bataein ke app ne acca ke bad OBU ki degree leker canada ke liye apply kiya tha ya sirf acca ke 9 paper per apply kiya tha.Aur ap ne acca se pehle kiya kiya tha?

How to calculate GPA of bsc obu
can we do msc. in professional accountancy (University of London) after completing ACCA? If we have already done b.com and so we can't take up B.sc. in applied accounting.

No u can't get exemption
Is bachelor's degree also available to students who started acca after claiming in CA Intermediate.
Till f6 and f8 are exempt in F level exam and only need to give f7 and f9 paper of F level.
Unfortunately not on exemptions
I guess you can get it. Because OBU clearly stated on its website that one should have passed the three ACCA Applied Skills examinations Financial Reporting (F7), Audit and Assurance (F8), and Financial Management (F9).
Have passed, or gained exemption from, the other six papers at the Knowledge Level and Skills Level. So, you can claim your exemptions from F1-F6 and forfeit your exemption for F8. So you have to pass f7, f8, and f9 then ethics module, then a thesis and then you can get your obu degree
