I wouldn't change a thing! She is getting her exercise! Plus lots of cuddles... Perfect. I don't feed mine in her sleeping cage. We have "flock meals" together but she does get a treat for going to bed properly. She has a swing in there and literally stays in it all night. Swinging for a while and then sleeping and wakes up to swing some more 😂

Yes it was a finger chilli, Shelby loves hot chillis, the hotter the better 🔥 🌶 they don’t have the pain receptors to detect heat so enjoy them in a way that we cannot lol

My bird doesnt like rubs only kisses and. He is very fiesty since he is in bluffing season. And he will only go to bed if we put seeds into his bed.

Birds don't feel the heat of peppers... Mine loves habenero pepper but then wants to rub her beak all over me 🙀
