Hey, I worry about you having all of your expensive equipment set up in your garage for video editing and home theater. If you open your garage someone may see what you have and may looking to steal or make money on your property. Be careful! Have a way of securing your garage door or a good security system.

Like special shaped bottles so Cole can bond with baby at feeding time.

About the wedding expenses just do a small wedding of say 20 people with a little dinner after the ceremony. Just to cut down on the expenses. My person opinion.
there's this hack. Businesses tend to charge more if they know something is for a wedding. What you can do is instead of saying I'm here for a "wedding cake, wedding decorations", just say I'm here for a cake or decorations in general.

Eve Rimmer, a New Zealand Paraplegic athelete, who was paralysed aged 15 from a car accident, she married and had 2 children, her husband contracted polio, in her book "No grass between my toes" she describes, how as her husband had no strength in his arms, she would do all the lifting and he would do all the work, that required the use of legs. Then, there is Tom Sullivan who is blind and wrote the book" if you could see what i can hear", he also married and had children. You and Charisma will be wonderful parents, never doubt that.

I can relate to wanting your own space. In 2 weeks after living at home with my mom for a year I'm moving back out (for the 3rd time 🤦🏾♀️) and even though it's to an apartment I can't wait to have my own kitchen again. Something freeing about being independent like that even through tough times. Even though I'm 32 I'm nowhere near close to being financially ready for a house but ya'll have got me interested in wanting to do some renovations when I do get there. Btw I have full hand function but I want that trash can too 🤣
I remember being young and nervous about getting married and being a mom. Now, 30 plus years later, me and my melanin challenged husband are still growing strong( yes he’s whilte😊) You’re going to be wonderful parents, and I look forward to the day you bring a baby into the mix! Pray that you stay safe, and that you stay positive- even in the midst of challenges. Cole you were right. Anything worth having takes a lot of hard work, but boy is it worth it!!👍🏾👍🏾💖

I love this. I’m a new homeowner single parent I got on my own and disabled I love it. It’s so liberating to have your own space and building equity. I recommend please get a home warranty. My central air didn’t get tested during my inspection because of it being below 30 and November in Ohio. So by summer. It was not working. The warranty saved my butt with $200 deductible and paid for the parts and contractor. Get a good alarm system with door and window sensors and lots of carbon monoxide detectors and smoke detectors. My package came with all that. Got a doorbell camera. I’m so happy for you guys. Taxes suck. And insurance for health and your house. So expensive. I didn’t think utilities wouldn’t be that expensive. I learned that fast. I have a lawn guy this is probably too late to mention but thought I’d leave something anyway lol. . Keep being beautiful 💜

It’s never an ultimate ideal time to have children really, ya just have to jump in, it works as you just adjust your life around the children. It’s the best thing ever and I am so excited for you both to experience that.
I’m always surprised by people who have garages and use them for storage, workshops, game rooms etc. I’d love to not have to clean snow and ice off my car. And not have to spend 20 minutes warming up the car.
I feel the moving out sadness/excitement. I was in tears packing up my stuff to move to NC even though I had already been in school in VA and still have all my memory/childhood stuff at my parents house so I didn’t have to move it but it’s a huge step to pay bills alone and manage dinner errands and everything (no dining hall anymore)
Cole is the perfect example for when stuff tragic happens life still moves it’s not over and you find that perfect someone who loves you no matter what happy for y’all I’m in bumpass my dad is in Mechanicsville
Charisma you guys shouldn't worry about money, God is going to bless both of you enormously. I was in tears packing up my stuff to move to NC even though I had already been in school in VA and still have all my memory/childhood stuff at my parents house so I didn’t have to move it but it’s a huge step to pay bills alone and manage dinner errands and everything (no dining hall anymore)

As a person who also just bought a house also very exciting and aspects that are nervous but it’ll be so nice being on your own !! As well I’m a neurosurgery nurse and I don’t often get to see our spinal cord injuries once they go off to rehab so it’s super inspiring to see you guys out here living your best life together !
