The pink filters on your 3m respirator are for dust. There are charcoal filters that prevent the toxic fumes from reaching you. The pink filters do nothing for toxic fumes.

Thanks for this. I've been making knife sheaths but a friend wants a double mag kydex like this and seems easy enough, although I don't have a mold. Question though, what dremel but do you use for the buffing? I have some but they don't work very well.
