There was never a better time.

First middleweight to beat Wanderlei in forever years, runner up in the middleweight tournament, beat Sakuraba and Overeem. He only went on to lose 3 more times, 1 was a SD with Wanderlei and another was Shogun in his absolute prime. No shame in that, both those guys were absolutely top 5 P4P at the time.
