My wedge all of a sudden has background static noise. It’s noticeable when the music stops or a quiet song. I’ve reinstalled it and restarted it. The software is up to date too. Any suggestions?
Could be a hardware issue. I'd reach out to Bowers about it.
@@GramophoneMD I did. They said to do a factory reset. Will try that.
@@cleanqueen75 Hi, were you able to get it fixed? I have the wedge as well, it started to have a popping sound that wont go away after I tried resetting it and reconnecting it to different devices. Have it 2.5 years, barely played. Out of warranty, very frustrated.
@@hongyan6785I sent mine back under warranty for a popping sound. Then a couple years later static. Now just recently the popping sound is back. It’s 5 years old and I’m thinking it’s not worth the money to send it back to hard if repaired.
Yes my suggestion..don't buy these they really have less and less support after the warranty period.Basically every one claims "green" but practices unrepairable disposable
