There is another reference to Afterlife smp in Empires. (Spoilers) When Whip hosted a meeting about the end portal being opened, Joey said: "This sounds like a Lizzie trap!" which is a reference to Lizzie, who traped people in the end in Afterlife
im confused about that first sentence tho? “Afterlife smp and empires s.2 are also connected” yeah..? That’s what the video is about.

I have a theory for you! In Shelby’s newest video she mentions she has a grandmother. I was thinking about how Shelby in s1 is 116 years old, and s2 takes place around 1,000 years after s1, which would make s1 Shelby around 1,116 years old, but physically around 116. Me and my friends were theorizing that maybe s1 Shelby was s2’s grandma?
Or maybe the Shelby could be a descendant of great wizard gem?

It makes me emotional to think of Pearl keeping all the kingdom's rulers safe in the afterlife while the influence of Xoronoth slowly faded away. According to Scott's lore of season 1, he lived out a life with his uncorrupted brother and Jimmy. But frankly, I never knew whether to take that as him somehow changing reality to undo Xoronoth in the first place OR in killing himself, he did what the gods of old did and fell into a type of deep slumber. In that process, he would have ended up pulling Xoronoth along with him into a dream/afterlife where they could be together again. But the world outside would still be damaged by the demon.
So this theory makes the most sense that if Scott pulled Xoronoth in and away from reality, the world would still need a very long time to heal. So Pearl ascended to godhood. She kept her friends safe for a thousand years. She gained some followers as a goddess in the living world that helped re-shape and heal the lands that slowly erased her and her friend's kingdom's from history. And when it seemed safe again-She let her friends go and reincarnate, so they can try once more to raise great empires and experience all the sweetness and bitterness of mortal life again
Only this time, she cannot join them. Just watch from afar from her long abandoned temples and sunflowers 🌻
Can I add an idea real quick to ur theory? Because if you watched Alsmp, you would remeber they all had ten lives. One generation is about 100 years long, 10×100= 1000. What I'm trying to say, is that while she kept her friends safe, she sent them to Alsmp. For ten lives, or ten generations of reincarnation. She only then allowed them to reincarnate back into this world after it healed, like u said.

For your theory from empires 1 where the gods were in a deep slumber and needed new gods which was why pearl became a god, in joel’s new video, he said there were other gods that died out (maybe after losing their power from sleeping through so much) and joel was one of them! He also made a temple to a god of farming… giving me pearl vibes!
Now that you mentioned it, it kind of added up to my Gem and FWhip theory wherein I filled up parts that doesn't add up yes--
Here's the updated version:
After the great explosion, when the twins left empires, they went to where Dawn stood, Wizard Gem has been appointed by the village they moved at as a leader. Later on, as she knew that her time will end, she prayed to her old friend, Pearl, to guide her till her last breath, when she knew that her time is getting closer, she used majority of her powers and later on gave birth to Princess Gem, it took toll of both Wizard Gem's power and health. Before her last breath, she granted FWhip, her twin's wish, FWhip wanted to be able to take care of his niece, Princess Gem, and take care of her till she grows up. Wizard Gem's powers are very weak hence instead of giving FWhip more time to live, he became a goblin. When Wizard Gem died, Saint Pearl watched her old friend close her eyes as her twin cried in pain, Pearl knew that she had to do something, and so she did, Pearl removed both FWhip and baby Princess Gem's memories of their pasts including Wizard Gem, making sure that they'll be able to remember once the time is right. And when Princess Gem grows up, she'll be able to rebuild what was left of Dawn using her mother's guidance, the wisps, the magical beings her mother created before creating Princess Gem herself.
This is a great theory!

At 5:08, I just realized that even Pearl can’t use her own doors. Like in Hermitcraft S8, no one knew how to open her doors but here, with the name door design, she can’t use it either.

I’d say with Oli joining empires S2, this theory is pretty much true…I mean…he transitioned from afterlife to empires with zero change in character and/or memory loss
I love how Oli being stuck in the credits is considered canon as opposed to something more likely such as him being in a coma.
Lizzie once was filling the moat around her town with axolotls to protect her, and she said "I guess nobody can control an army of axolotls." 👀

I was watching a decent Ollie stream, and I'm not sure if you know this or if this has already been commented, but during the stream chat pleaded with him to sing Hallelujah to Sausage. And when Sausage came, he asked him to sing Hallelujah, but he didn't recall the name. He just hummed the melody.I
Then, whilst Oli was singing, Sausage started crying, much to Oli's confusion. Maybe he was crying because he was remembering when Oli was singing for him in the church!

I have another theory that goes with how there are connections with pearlescentmoon. When Joel builds his temple of pearl on empire season two he said that she was god of farming if I’m correct so maybe that also has something to do with pearlescentmoon

I used to have a theory that's basically like this, all afterlife members were actually in the afterlife of characters in their previous series (like Kingdomcraft Lauren) and when they lost all their lives they reincarnated.
When Ollie was trapped in the cage he rang the bell and Lizzie came only to find out it was Ollie and she left

S2 Sausage is the descendant of a citizen of Mythland. Not necessarily King Sausage himself, but one of the citizens of his empire. When making his final blood sheep sacrifice, King Sausage made the sacrifice in honor of his friend, Pearl. After the destruction of Mythland, many of its citizens retreated into the forests where they eventually learned to coexist with the animals that lived there. The civilization they created is what Sausage built in Afterlife. One of the priests (Elytrian Sausage), after hearing King Sausage at the summoning circle, built a church in honor of the saint who protected them from the infestation of blood sheep, thus birthing the concept of Saint Pearl. Eventually, someone took charge of the new town the Mythland citizens had created and would lead them in prosperity up until the time of his death (Angel Sausage). A handful of citizens, human and animal alike, would then leave to start up a new town. This town eventually led to the creation of S2 Sausage’s former kingdom in which S2 Sausage was born

Theory: after pixeriff left empires 1 he ended up wondering for a while and kinda went crazy being alone then he found the empires smp season 2 but forgot everyone’s faces and did not remember them and so now he builds ancient builds that represent things on the empires server season 1 that’s why he wasn’t in afterlife

I think that the new villain is from the deep dark city below Gem's empire. I think the villain will be as strong as the last, with Fwip as it sidekick. Since he took Wardens to everyone empires. I also believe that Gem will be the main target for the villain.(side note, I agree with you that Jimmy is a toy.)
One theory I would have, is the evil king that destroyed sausages home town maybe Sausage from mythland? It would explain why he was corrupted because maybe xornoth gave him immortality because he was always loyal to him?

I have a theory about the corruption being in the soil of Pearl's empire, it's not great, but it's there.
When Sausage went to visit Pearl, he sort of enlisted her alliance with Xornoth, like in the arena fight, when Pearl assisted in the chaos with Xornoth, maybe she was very briefly corrupted? If she was, would that explain why corruption from Xornoth is deep inside her land, not just on the surface like with the other Empires? Because of her connection to the land?
It could also be directly from the Beanstalk itself, as Sausage gave Pearl the magical Gem crystal, which were later proven to be dangerous for it. Maybe that's why the corruption was underground in Pearl's empire, not just the top? From the roots of the Beanstalk? I dunno, I'm not very good at these things...😅😅
I do wanna suggest that Shubble got expelled from the academy and one of the reasons was bumping a parallel universe into the empires server
