* ¼ cup plus 1 tablespoon evaporated milk (70ml)
* 2 tablespoons molasses
* 110g sugar(½ cup)
* 400g All purpose flour (3 Cups)
* 1/2 teaspoons salt (3g)
* 2 teaspoons cinnamon (4g)
* ½ teaspoon cloves (2g)
* 2 teaspoons ginger (4g)
* 100g Butter or margarine (6 tablespoons)
* 4g salt ( ½ tsp)
* ½ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
* Oil for frying
