Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos available on my channel.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

You’re not wrong about the 11 on the field at one time and the three ‘teams’! Although I’m not sure where the 4 available substitutions came from. For anyone curious, an NFL team has 53 total players on one roster

As an American who loves spiced fries the best way to avoid mouth damage is Hellmann's Mayo. It not only tastes best but helps cushion your gums and tongue from the sharp edges.

Yes, you are right, there are eleven on either side of the ball, ( Offense and Defense). Special Teams include guys from both sides on them, particularly the "hands" guys from Offense, the ball handlers which include Running Backs, Fullbacks, and Wide Receivers. Special Teams also draw from the Defense, but from the secondary which includes Cornerbacks and strong and weak side Safeties. Along with the odd specifically speedy Linebackers.
“Just wanted to feel what it’s like to eat like a normal person,” says Adam as he shovels food into his mouth using his hands as always. Swing and a miss there Beard 😂😂.

His eating there was a pretty accurate representation of how I consume burgers and fries/chips (frips?), barring that I would soak everything with an equal measure of various sauces. I was really proud of the coleslaw scooping though, I even shed a few tears... My little Beard is all growed up.

American fan here who lives in North Carolina. That deliciousness on top of the burger is pulled pork. Slow roasted on a bbq pit till it's fall apart tender, then chopped up with your favorite sauce. Cheers!

That looks very yummy! I think they load up the fries to slow people down and 'pad out' a challenge, would be interesting to see if they ever decide to try a more tougher side to challenge people.

"Berberque" - Barbeque from North Africa
An American football team has 11 players on the field/pitch at one time. Any more or less and it's a penalty. Love your RSA accent..respect for that. I sooooo agree with you on the chips...probably the most boring thing on earth. You order a burger/anything on the menu and you get 2/3rds chips. I pay for the good stuff,give me the good stuff😎. Chips in relation to what you order, i eat for the love and taste of foid and just not to be filled up with chips. I love that you have a good base knowledge of American Football , hope you can make a game in London this fall. As I'm sure many have said there are unlimited substitutes within a game of football....all 11 on the field can be replaced from play to play. In fact, some trick plays are done just like that. Great vid as always
I'm actually surprised you don't leave some of the tastiest stuff, like the burger, to finish things off with. But your item-by-item method usually works, so there's that. But I'd have to eat some of the "nasty" (mushrooms and slaw) with a bit of tasty to offset it. And I'd have to get the nasty done first. But that's just me and how I did things as a kid.
What a lovely lass. Anyway, Beard might not be the fastest eater on earth or most capable in terms of volume but his videos are definitely the most naturalistic and pleasant. Always great to watch!

I laughed when you mentioned the Hard Rock Hotel. I imagine it’s the same shtick at Hard Rock Cafes. In 1994, on my first visit to a Gard Rock Cafe in Toronto, I was seriously pissed off by the amount of fries they served with the burger. It was my first time experiencing how restaurants over-charge for a burger and give you an incredible amount of cheap fries to make you think you’re getting value. I have hated latte portions of fries ever since. I like fries and potatoes, but if I get a huge amount of fries with a burger or sandwich I get pissed and feel ripped off. Whatever, thirty year “huge amount of fries” hater here. Love your videos.

Love your vids. 53 players on a American football team, 48 suited up on game day that are eligible to play but only 11 are able to be on the field at a time. American footballers tend to get picked on by rugby fans because of the helmets and pads, but the tackling is waaay different. American football teams have started switching to a more rugby style of tackling because it's safer, but there is still nothing like a kick off/punt or a mid air tackle after a pass in rugby. Running into someone at 20+ mph while they're running head on at you at the same speed or while you are in mid air is a bit more dangerous than rubgy. Useless information on a comment you will probably never read posted on a relatively old video... but I'm 3 sheets to the wind with a keyboard with nothing better to do at the moment. Cheers.
