Heyyyy so happy you got to try this one!! Great win and glad you had a very successful trip!! Hopefully we will see you soon in England!!
Randy did you notice the difference between your challenge and his? (Hint: there wasn't any water involved) lol
Randy only comments on the video due to him retaining the record, facts lol.
@@martinprice6706 why would someone think it’s a good idea to check comments before watching?
That has to be one of the best designed t shirts ever for a food challenge, love it.
I have to say, the voiceovers instead of just speeding up the sounds of eating at a crazy pace, are what make this channel so good! Seriously man, you make it so fun to watch a video in order to get motivated to go cook and actually eat. I'm really happy I found your channel, and it's wild watching what you can do.
I truly miss The Vortex. We used to eat there and then head to the hockey game. One of the best things about this place is that they don't put up with bratty kids or their parents. Mature, respectful adults only and the service is AWESOME along with the food.
Waiter fully speaking his mind openly.
"That's fucking impressive"
Owners of this place must be great people that this guy feels so comfortable.
He was a great server! He was great fun, chatting about it being a good hangover challenge and making a fun jab at being from the "nooorth"! Good vibes from the other patrons passing by, too.
Atlantan here, and you’ve got it exactly right!
they talk openly, it’s 18 or 21 and older only, and it’s got a very punk, adult hang out vibe.
The food is fantastic top to bottom, and while our guy only tried the monster burger for the challenge, they’re famous for having about 20 different VERY unique burgers, such as a “Fat Elvis” burger with peanut butter and dried plantains and jelly I think.
Good stuff all around. Was thrilled to see him somewhere so close by!
@@carolmurphy7572 I honestly thought when he said "the North" he was trying to be Jon Snow.
They are awesome people i go there quite often. Alot of places in the metro atlanta are are usually cool like that though. Stopped by there before going the Falcons draft party last week. The world of coca cola and georgia aquarium is pretty close to there too.
I think that fella in the beginning was cracking a Game of Thrones joke. “The North Remembers,” and so on.
This guys ability to keep a genuine smile on his face even when he's uncomfortable is a skill I'd die to have. His eating skills also lol
As an Atlantan who ordered the quadruple then ate the leftovers for 3 days, tip of the hat to you, we love Vortex here and you really stuck a pin in the map with this one.
As a native Atlantan, this makes me so happy! Give your fans a heads up so we can come watch! I’ve been to the Vortex and I couldn’t even finish the Classic Bypass in one sitting. Well done, Adam!
Beard has the best personality of all the Eaters its part of the reason he has had historic growth
Molly has the best throat, though. She could probably make a lot more money being the queen of something else that lacking a gag reflex would support.
"Who needs beard oil when you have burger grease."
That is a t shirt that needs to be made haha
Nah, he needs to release his own Branded Beard OIl called "Burger Grease" and it has gotta be burger scented!!!
Both. He needs to make a beard oil called burger grease and use “who needs beard out when you have burger grease?” As the slogan/tag line. However if/when he makes the shirt make most sizes, XS-5X.
As a fellow Leodensian, that guy’s Northern accent off camera was my favourite bit of this.
“The noooooooorth” 🤣
The demonym for Leeds is really “Leodensian”? Lol. Favorite thing I’ve learned so far this week.
I absolutely LOVE how specific you are with the timing of your music to what is happening on camera.
As a musician who has done studio work and live music. I can't say how much I appreciate your attention to detail (maybe its luck) but I assume you put time and effort in. Nice job with the editing, and kick ass eating man!
I’m no editor but I noticed the increase in music volume when he opened the door. Real good attention to detail that.
Thanks mate; yeah it takes some time and finesse but I appreciate someone having noticed haha 😆🙏
@@Beardmeatsfood yet another one thinking the exact same here😂 much love from a fellow music student at Leeds uni!
Native of near suburb of Atlanta here. Been going to The Vortex since i was a young teen. 51 now, really great to see you get a dose and was proud to see those fellow Georgians exhibiting some Southern Hospitality. Hope you enjoyed your trip!
So cool seeing you try the Vortex. It’s my absolute favorite burger place. They have such quality ingredients, great atmosphere and amazing service.
I went to college in Atlanta and this is bringing back all sorts of memories. A friend and I split this and we struggled hard. You absolutely smashed it. Hope you enjoyed your visit!
It's amazing to me that no matter how many of these challenges I watch you pull off, I keep coming back for more. Awesome work as always, Beard!
I used to work here a year ago! Still know everyone who works there! Glad to see you finally defeat the coronary bypass after years of watching! Get sucked in!!
This was a great series, and my introduction to Beard. My favorite was the challenge at the 13th BBQ. Those folks were so impressed and friendly.
Hey Beard! Wow, first off cool looking place but damm what a challenge. Your really hitting some pretty cool challenges while your in Atlanta!
Laughed so hard at 'the Nooooorth'. As a fellow Notherner due to take my first trip to America soon I can only dream of having such an encounter. Great video as always, Beard.
Stay away from "those folks" down here, though. Stick with the actual locals. You'll see what i mean. Can't say it on youtube.
@@flynnlivescmd It was quite the time, actually! I was largely East Coast bound but the hotel staff were very friendly and enjoyed the accent. Sent one girl into a spin trying to make a cup of tea but it was a learning experience for all involved.
Very impressive. This bowl is so HUGE. I'm feeling stomach pain just watching.
Good job! That t-shirt looked ace as well. Nothing worse than a restaurant saying you win a t-shirt if you finish the challenge and then saying they don't have any afterwards!
Amazing job, and that T-shirt is one of the best I have seen in a challenge!
I have to say this. My entire family LOVES to watch your videos. We stumbled across them by accident here on CZcams and we have become fans ever since! We even went back and watched some of your old videos. We all love you, Mrs Beard, and your sister! You are all wonderful folks! Keep making videos and having fun!
*I love to watch Bypass challenges! Great video Beard!* 😋😊👍
No request for dessert after? Oy it must've been a beast of a challenge eh? Awesome video as always xoxo
@@Beardmeatsfood props. Definitely know when you are on a trip because you have to forgo the dessert to manage calories for the time frame.
To be fair, there isn't much need for sweets after downing half a gallon of Coke
my guess would be no desert because he finished the coke off after everything so he got his sweet fix there
Got to love the irony of Beard sat eating that in front of a poster saying “eat more fruit” 😂
Absolutely brilliant series thanks 👍
Utah has a challenge at Lucky 13 that is insanely difficult called 'the Lucky 13 Challenge' where you have to eat Big Benny and the Bear Burger! Tons of food and one is very very spicy! Not too many people could do this one!
He makes these look so easy! Here I am thinking “oh I could do that” when I most definitely 100% couldnt
The bowl makes it look like theres not alot there but you'd be suprised if you put this on a plate
I think you found your plan "C" - Burger Beard Oil. Bottle it up. Thank you for the great series Adam. Hopefully you can make it to the Northwest US sometime, Oregon or Washington.
I just want to find someone who talks about me as lovingly and often as Beard talks about Randy Santel.
I think everyone would enjoy the cooking process of the challenge food along with you eating it whole! Keep up the amazing content!
I'm American and I too use to think everyone over there in the UK sounded the same. I was so wrong - people over there have way more varying accents than we do in the US. 😂
yeah it's almost unbelievable in Britain...you can drive 30 miles and people sound totally different lol
@@Beardmeatsfood I lived in Switzerland back in the 1990's and it was the same way with Swiss German.
I just found this channel today, and after a few videos, I'm wondering where all this food's going, it's honestly impressive
I love their food, so good and flavorful. I couldn't even finish a double bypass let alone the one you had.
He's got that "the north" from game of thrones must be. Leeds is probably the only British city Americans can pronounce right
Many Americans have known where Leeds is since The Who were live there, and that was more than 50 years ago
I once knew an old Geordie from Newcastle upon Tyne, so Leeds is not THAT far North nor is it THAT difficult to pronounce.
The clock on Randy’s time stopped whilst he still had his Coke half-full so I think you’ve won this one Beard.
Aye but he did it in 16-17 minutes.
Beard did it in 20 with half a coke.
I tried searching you doing this a couple weeks ago because I always wanted to try this challenge when I lived in ATL. Glad you did it!! ✌️
Your video editing, content and overall style keeps getting better and better! Loved you from the start! You're doing amazing! 👏
CONGRATULATIONS!!! Actually you are the FIRST person to finish this UPDATED version of The Super-Stack Quadruple Coronary Bypass Challenge, BECAUSE the challenge had been changed AFTER Randy and Nat, by the Vortex adding the (2) 32oz sodas as part of the challenge. Randy and Nat did not have to do those items because they weren't part of the challenge!
Congrats on your win Adam! We'd love to see you in Las Vegas. We have a good Fifteen-Twenty food challenges that might interest you, And bring Mrs. Beard along as well. I know you'd both have a great time here.
Just found you man and great work. Love seeing all these challenges. Thank you. Been trying to watch the backlog of videos.
You are great thank you for the videos it is such a exciting time when you upload I love watching the challenges
I wish you would post where you’re going to be ahead of time, so is fans could come and enjoy the show in person😄 Plus, it would be cool to meet you ( and Mrs.Beard)!
Great job on eating all of that!
would've been interesting seeing people with their faces pressed up to like 18 inches of glass trying to see what i was eating lol
I have struggled sometimes to get myself to eat, but watching you makes me want to destroy pounds of food! Thank you!
Love to see you go do a tour of the Bay Area and Santa Cruz, CA. Sooo many good places to eat, you get a little bit of everything!
Omg I can't believe how epic this was.. looks amazing x
I loved this series- come back very soon and bring Mrs Beard! We have Braves baseball right now and our Georgia Bulldogs will be playing again in the fall ( or the Atlanta Falcons but I myself prefer college football- Go Dawgs!!!) Safe travels and many blessings to you and Mrs. Beard 🕊️
Loving the support you're getting in this place. Brilliant trip Mr Beard. Safe journey mate.
A lot of these challenges seem really reasonably priced, but $80 for this one is crazy!
Yeah lots of challenges hes done have way more food and cost like 25 pound, 80 dollars is a rip off
I am from and live in Atlanta and I have never seen or even heard of anyone completing the bypass burger challenge.... well done!
Cardiologist: Silence
Beard: Let’s get it!
I just started watching my Sodium intake for high BP and this video had me checking my pulse ! Haha!
“Who needs beard oil when you’ve got Burger grease”. Killer line Homeboy!!👊
Dude this whole series is so tight. I live within an hour from just about all of these Atlanta spots. So cool to see you in my hometown brother keep it up!
0:39 you just know the place is dope if the kitchen guy wears a Mortuary Drape shirt.
"I'll try and keep it up" 😂 that deaded me!
Ey well done my fellow Northerner 👏🏻
Let’s get it!
“Uugghh, this trip is catching up with me…” literally every time I visit the states 😂
Anyone recognising us as Northern is proper! That food looks absolutely banging!
If you’re at a restaurant and one of the staff is wearing a Mortuary Drape t-shirt, you know you’re in the right place 🤘
I was a graphic t-shirt freak when I was a kid and that is a unique one as far as restaurant ones go. Good job, that was a lot of weighty food to eat in 30 minutes!
@@tamathawalden2037 No I meant the time they actually allow people to eat it. Beard always does better than the maximum time allowed, doesn't he?! Cheers.
I'd love to see you take on some food challenges here in Japan.
That t-shirt is one of the best I've seen you win.
Every time I watch these videos I Guess how long I think it will take and he always way ahead of what I think. Grate job!!
Looked great, I spent about a month in texas over the years and badly miss the food. We went to one saloon type bar and ordered burgers,it arrived in a plastic basket in about an inch of grease, the bottom of the burger bap had disintegrated. It sounds awful but honestly one of the best burgers I ever ate.
That is an incredible shirt! Beard again showing the Yanks how it's done. Genuinely laughed out loud at the chap doing his Yorkshire accent 😂😂 Brilliant
Loved the series. Nice work as usual.
From Atlanta!! Love seeing you do challenges in my city!!
Hey man! Awesome video as always. As for your next place to visit, would love to see you in the Netherlands!
That was impressive, when I saw it I thought that looks easy and then I realised how deep and huge that bowl was….. congrats Mr B and safe travels back to the Noooooorth!11 😂🤣
always entertaining to watch how you tackle and eat food. food in the nose was interesting tho+ ennjoyed the preference of burger grease to beard oil
thanks for sharing this , this was actually really entertaining to see
Haven’t seen your videos in a little while but I can’t stay away for long because it’s always high quality content, plus nothing better than watching a giant beard inhale obscene amounts of food 😂
Pretty sure I’ve sat in that exact seat at the vortex!! That’s insane!! Congrats on the win!
Congratulations Adam!! That was a massive burger challenge!! And you did demolish it in great time!! I really enjoyed watching you do this challenge!! 🖒🙂🌟💕
I live in Tennessee and I would love to meet you. I've watched your videos for awhile and you and Mrs beard makes me extremely happy. I'm glad your in the states. Keep killing it!!!
This just proves he’s the goat tell me someone else smashing eating challenges like this donny 🐐
I could not stop laughing at the “eat more fruit” sign on the wall behind your head!
laughs and chips! always a treat to watch the beard!
what a cool looking spot! Beard smashes it as always
This whole trip was grand! Would love to see you do a trip to Houston/Austin Texas, or even New Orleans Louisianna. Safe travels and good health!
Hell yeah. I used to live right around the corner from here, in Little Five Points. Literally around the corner from this awesome restaurant. Memory Lane right here.
I like how you give props to others in your profession give us all chance to check out other people.
But dnt worry your content is the best regardless
Love the Vortex. Great video as always!
I live in the ATL and this is my favorite burger place! Everything is SO good.
Aye beard glad you did a series in Atlanta hope you enjoyed your stay while you were here
Great job Adam true love all your videos keep them coming my friend congratulations on the win!!!!!!!
That was a great series beard loved it
It would be interesting to have commentary at these stops about how it tastes, how you're feeling, what you do to keep it down, how you feel afterwards and so forth...I'm amazed at your ability to consume this volume of food. :)
Oh you should totally come to japan. So many food challenges here. Like the giant gyoza challenge in iidabashi!
2:30 guitar rift reminded me of the darkness everybody have a good time
Get to Australia! Would love to see you do something in Melborune one day! Love ya vids Beard.
I absolutely love the Vortex, one of my favorite places in ATL
I'm one of the people who suggested that you try this establishment. Great homemade burgers, fries, and onion rings. Glad that you enjoyed it!!
What a sweet looking t-shirt you got!! You earned it homeshorts!
Hi Adam, really enjoying your videos at the moment
I love the way how sometimes you have that madman expression on your face,
the one where your eyes are almost popping out of your face when you see mountains of food on the plate
😆
OOOOISHUWAAAAA! Love this Atlanta/US Series thanks Beard 👍
LMAO, that dude's Ned Stark impression when he said "The North" had me dying.
Greetings all! I hope you’re having a dandy week, and thanks for joining me for the eighth and final instalment from Atlanta…
Today I’m getting down and dirty with probably the most famous food challenge Atlanta has to offer. I hope you enjoy it and I’ll be back in Blighty, enjoying grey skies and tepid temperatures, this Sunday at 7pm UK time.
‘Til then, stay insatiable!
Evening mate 👍
64 oz would be roughly 1920 mls.
Loving the use of the word dandy! Top man!
I love it how so many subs don’t know his real name. Bless
you left in at the end when the waiter said that's f*ckin impressive haha xD Great series again Adam. Keep up the greatness :)
