5. Editing: We bring everything together here. We generate captions, sound effects and color correct to make each video unique.
6. Quality Control: Each video is meticulously fine tuned so that it holds up to our highest quality standards. If the video is not up to par we go back to the drawing board and make sure it is.

Story i was told by my mom.
When i was 2, i was obsessed with snow white. Here deal to find me was she'd yell out "hi". I was never out of earshot, so I'd hear it and say "ho". One day at the store i wondered to the toy section one isle over with a new "friend" (a kid my age i just met) and his mom. So mom yells "hi" suddenly i just blurt out "ho". I was apparently looking at my freinds mom when i said it.
Ehhh I'm not going to admit to the details even here, but basically I confessed to a wrongdoing to someone knowing they'd likely be more on my side in the coming conflict between me and another person. It worked.
Reminds me of Kenny and Lee in the 1st TWD game. You tell Kenny you were a convict before the world ended, and when someone tries using your past against you later on, Kenny takes your side and says he doesn't care about what you did.
Basically, military schools are free barracks for the US Army where emotionally unstable young people with no prospects can be manipulated into joining the military. The school environment also makes it easy to weed out the 10% who would make good soldiers and officers and the other 10% who are completely cold-blooded psychopaths who are enthusiastic about the military because killing has no consequences. They have a good chance of joining a special unit. The downside of this is that they are either killed in the line of duty or thrown into civilian life where they can't cope because the life they have led for years follows completely different rules. Most then sell their services as mercenaries, work for terrorist organizations or end up in prison. But God forbid we try to help children with problems.
