I feel like a lot of this knowledge is out there but not a lot of people talk about it. So hereby I thank you for putting the knowledge out here for us.
Thanks for this series. I'm especially interested in what tools you use and where you look for information about managing your business - any CRMs you use, marketing tools, how you pay and track taxes (are you registered as an LLC or something else), writing a good contract and if/how you partner with others for services like design, artwork, SEO and the like. Thanks again!
Regarding social media, it is a tricky part. Unless you have right people in your initial network, social media can be useless. For example, I have an account in all popular networks and post there regularly. However nobody read it. So I have zero leads from there. Anyway, I hope, especially after watching your videos.
I would love to help shed light on this more. I think because of my background in marketing I learned things to help promote myself in a way that others were able to find but would love to share tips on this for others having trouble. Thanks for sharing!!
Great video! I appreciate your insight and agree with @Abstract Glitch's comment, Nicole, you affirm alot of my thought processes. It's definatley not a cakewalk in this thing so I'm actually inspired, by what you did here. Now I'm going to continue ahead in this journey, upwards & onwards, you know. Thanks, friend.😍
Thank you for making the video. Some good tips. Would you ever touch on what to charge? Especially when you have no prior clientele. When getting started it's hard to figure out what to charge especially when comparing it to fiverr
I have not seen you write a single actual line of code in a video. You go on and on about being a software developer though. I have a heard time believing it. Knowing basic HTML and CSS takes about 2 hours and willl not get you any freelance jobs ever. What’s your GitHub?
This might be hands-down the funniest comment I have ever received. I definitely use my hands a lot. No plans on changing that though so I may not be the right person to relay the message to you but thanks for watching!
Under "Freelancing with HTML + CSS" i asked for a real life example of how you make money with JUST HTML + CSS in wordpess. it is not answered in the video at all. i suspect that u cannot make any money with just HTML + CSS. under this video u mention the importance of a portfolio, whereas your website from the link u provide says "coming soon". u dont even have a portfolio!!! u promise and dont deliver at all. i have just given thumbs down and have unsubscribe. You DONT deliver the RESULTS (sic!).
Hey there! I have not gotten through all of the questions under the video because of the volume. The purpose of this series is to answer questions like this, though. My coming soon site is just a handle I use for email. I have never publicly shared versions of my portfolio. Sorry you won’t be around to see the rest of the series but wish you the best!

It is a very good point, learn only things you need right now. You can learn everything, but more likely you will forget it just in few months.
This is soo true! I remember trying to learn a ton but it was pointless after a while lol
Can’t wait to follow the series! Im about to start in tech and the goal is freelancing! It’s going to be tough but I’m looking forward to it 😁

I definitely can! Pricing can be very tricky but I can share how I find the right price
Can you freelance when you’re a beginner in the domain?

I feel like I'm watching a sign language instructor. The hand movements are too much and really distracting
