This is all true. I made quite a few mistakes during my recovery. My ex left me one year ago. During this time she tried to be my friend, but I rejected her. Then she tried to smear my name and played mind games. I tried talk to her and I don't know why. I cut all contacts. But now my ex always watches me from afar when I pass by. Always. I don't pay any attention to her anymore. I adored her so much. Let her live with this loss.
the person who cares the least has the power in the relationship. if you are trying or even thinking about getting her back you are no longer the person who cares the least - she is . . .
the moment you set out doing anything because of your ex - you have given up your power, and you will ultimately pay the price for that. the only way to gain the power back is to move on and focus on doing things only for yourself, improving yourself, learning, growing, making new friends, meeting new women.
she is not yours, it was just your turn - now it's someone else turn. reason why you are still obsessing over her is because you think that she belongs to you - she never did, and will never be ;) . the faster you arrive to this conclusion the faster your life will become infinitely better (you will no longer view them as anything above what they all are).
So what if your are on a journey to improve yourself after a breakup, got your confidence and mojo back and are doing successful things and still believe you 2 can start anew? Not with the same mindset as the previous time? Plenty of humans get back together…

I will tell you a secret. if you truly improve, grow you abundance - evolve (get to the other side of the mountain) . . . you will have zero desire to get back with her (maybe smash couple times if she is still good looking, but NEVER a relationship . . . unless you dumped her in the first place, and she has fixed all the issues that triggered the dumping.
I know, it's hard to understand that right now. But when you evolve so will your view, respect for you self. When you have options - you tend to be less tolerant to bs, you see red flags for miles, and you only invite people into your life that would complement it, not take it down. The probability that you x has improved is minimal, because one must be able to self reflect on their actions . . . . women tend to blame the man and nobody requires them to take responsibility, their friends, family, SM tells them that they are never at fault . . . so they tent to not grow. Same red flags only amplify with each ear. That is why the moment to woman dumps you or is with another man . . . you move on permanently.

BEST content on the internet! We have to DETACH By going no-contact. It creates emotional disconnect and helps you to see “the ex” clearly, instead of through rose colored glasses. If they discarded you, THAT IS how you are to remember them…as someone who was cruel and threw you away. It requires rewiring the brain though. The brain wants to fix a problem. So it keeps you strategizing “the how” to fix it but THE ONLY way to truly disconnect and detach is by going no contact.

I went from being at rock bottom a year ago after our breakup and have come such a long way. I’m proud of myself for all my growth. Unfortunately I’m still in love with her and would love to have her back more than anything, even after the few people I’ve tried to date. I really feel like God/the universe is telling me that our story isn’t over and we are meant to be together.

Thank you for the video good sir, it's the honest TRUTH and explained very well. Regardless of how the relationship ended, if you stay positive and work on becoming an attractive person then you will attract like. If you're always negative then that energy will repel those around you as many times women can sense desperation in a man and not only does it feed their ego, it gives them the green light to treat you as they want putting you in the friend zone and them running off with that positive, attractive guy that should've been YOU.

My ex is doing worse without me then in our relationship . 6 months since the break up and no contact mostly because we had dogs together. The thing that puzzles me is , how you leave what you said was a bad situation and become worse instead of being better and happy to be out of that situation ? Although this is a great video with very valid points I would not call this using law of attraction to get your ex back because on major piece was missed. The fact that you have to pray, meditate, affirm, (whatever your spiritual views are) on having your ex back, FEELING like you have your ex back and then letting go and trusting that (again…..whatever your spiritual views are) god, the universe, etc. is working in your favor and fulfilling your prayers. IE- speaking in present tense. Feelings of gratitude that it’s done. Then TRUSTING it’s done. And that’s when you start the process of focusing on yourself (because you know it’s done) being a better version of yourself (because you know it’s done) not trusting the doubt or anxiety you feel, and reminding yourself it’s already done. It’s a process of knowing and trusting and allowing.

day 12 of no contact and these past two days have been hell. i’m contemplating reaching out to them. the relationship wasn’t toxic, he had only ended things bc he wanted to see change and didn’t have the patience to wait. he told me he still loves and cares for me yet he hasn’t reached out yet. Sounds like you had a good relationship. Maybe you guys just weren’t as good at communicating as you needed to be. I am going through a similar situation, we didn’t have a toxic relationship and we both still have love for one another. We haven’t contacted each other since the breakup and I know she’s stubborn. I would like if she reached out to me and I bet your ex would too, but it also may not be the best thing that could happen. I personally realize that I need to work on myself at this point in my life. Maybe you are in the same boat?

She left me, no real explanation, just vague reasons like feeling empty. You gave in too easily. As a general rule of thumb, don’t sleep with anyone until they’ve agreed to your relationship terms. By allowing her back in for free, you may have sabotaged yourself in the future. Slow yourself down until you have clarity and terms have been defined. Maybe she was missing you and you’ve inadvertently done something to turn her off since y’all have been back talking.
If she said she wants to work on things, and she initiated the breakup then she needs to do the work. Remember that women are attracted to strength so above all else, project it to her and she’ll naturally submit to you. You appear weak too soon and she may leave again.

Start by changing that mentality. For one: It really does not matter what people think of you, that being a loser or a winner. Secondly it never is too late to turn your life around is it? Some of the greatest people only achieved their greatness in their 50s and older. Build yourself up outside of that 'loser' state and finally fulfill all that potential that's inside of you screaming to be used. You owe that to yourself. God bless ❤

My ex girlfriend friend and I have broken up for 18 months, and she has been in new relationship for over a year.
However since March, my ex girlfriend and I have been texting and talking on the phone. Matter of fact she has reached out to me on Father's Day and 4th July. On occasion she asked me, have a thought about her during the break up. She also agreed to meet me for coffee, but she postponed the coffee meet.
