Thanks for watching! SUBSCRIBE 💜. And as always comment below I love hearing from you guys :)
Would you recommend this or the Vivoactive 5? Getting it for my girlfriend who does have a small wrist.
@averyb.476 hello, if she has a small wrist she may find the Vivoactive 5 too big, i definitely find it a bit too big on myself. Vut both are good options! And the Venu 2S is a nice option that's compact and has better performance and more features than the Lily 2 here to consider as well.
Love the matching nails! Thanks for the review
The video we've all been waiting for! Thanks, Abby for an informative review!
That's great to hear! Thanks for sharing 💜
Wow thanks for this!! Loved the review. Short and straightforward 👍
Glad you enjoyed it! 🥰
Got it today. I love it for my tiny wrist 😂
ouu , dainty accessories are my preferred style . seeing the Lily and Venu side-by-side in your review may have just made my decision
Hi! Thank you for this video and the lily vs lily 2 comparison. I literally watched your videos over and over about Venu 3s, Vivoactive and Lily 1 and 2 for 1 week till I was convinced, Lily 2 it is! So I've pre ordered already here in PH. Im excited to try it soon! Thank you for helping me finally make a decision! 🎉❤
Btw, just curious..among all the smart watches that you have, which one do you use everyday?
Hello! I'm so happy to hear you've watch many of my videos and they helped with your smartwatch decision, I hope you enjoy the Lily 2! And as I have more than one smartwatch so I switch up what I use frequently, wearing the Fenix 6S at the moment :)

Great review as always @AbbyBReviewing!! And thanks for showing the watchfaces 😊
Thank you 🥰. And no problem!
I have had Lily 2 for 11 days now and I like it a lot. I used to have Garmin Swim 2 - and I didnt like how bulky it was. So vivoactive 5 (which is cheaper than Lily 2 in my country) was not an option for me. Im not a very active person so it lasts up to six days for me. I also do not have a hard time waking it up. I bought the one with the leather band because that is the only one available in Iceland right now. However, I bought a nylon band from Garmin (because I want to take it to swimming) and got it 2 days ago and I absolutely love it. The only thing is that the non-movable watch keeper is in a place on my wrist where it irritates me a bit.
Hello, good to hear you're enjoying your new Lily 2. Yes! I mentioned that too. I really wish they made it moveable. And thanks for sharing 😊
Hi!! Do you think the step tracker is accurate? I felt the lily 1 step tracker was horrible. Also does the lily 2 have tennis or pickleball tracking? :)
Hello! I find the step tracker to be a bit more accurate than the Lily 1 but, it can be a bit high at times especially if you talk with your hands a lot. And it does not (you could use the general cardio option to track those though), and I did show all the activities it has on it at 05:53 in the video as well :)
@@AbbyBReviewing thank you ! I feel like the lily 2 was not well thought out. Which is super disappointing considering the watched coming out are great just too big for small wrists bummer :(
I really appreciate you reviews! You helped me narrow down my tracker picks. Thank you. I bought the Lily 2 Classic. I love it - except sleep tracking. It's been wildly inaccurate. It's recorded ever thing from 26 hours in one night (how is that even possible?) to 7 minutes another night. I've had the watch for a week - it has only got sleep mostly right once, then the next night it was back to inaccurate. I called Garmin a couple of times. They suggested letting the watch get to know me for 10 - 14 days. They had no other suggestions except returning it. I don't know if sleep tracking will get any better if my watch 'gets to know me'. Or if exchanging it for the same model could help. Other than the sleep tracking I really like the Lily 2. Does anyone else have any experience with Garmin sleep tracking getting better if the watch 'gets to know me' better?
Hello, in my experience Garmin's only weak point is the sleep tracking it is good in my experience but not great, which I mentioned in many of my reviews this one included. I did not get such varying sleep results as you did, and the sleep tracking for me did get better after wearing for a few weeks. It accurately tracked when I fall asleep and wake up, and has a good sleep score, you can see and example of my Lily 2 sleep data in this video. However, the sleep stages in particular are often off. If sleep data is important to you I'd go with a Fitbit for great sleep tracking and if activity tracking is more important I would go with Garmin for great activity tracking.
Thanks for your reply! Good to know the sleep tracking has the potential to improve. I really like the Lily 2 and the Garmin app. I appreciate your reviews. I’ve watch a few of them more than once while trying to decide which tracker to buy. 🙂
Hi Abby, I love your reviews! I have one question I hope you can answer, I like to use a dumb phone from time to time just to curb my screen addiction. Will the watch save all my information until I get back to my smartphone at the end of the day, or does the phone need to always be connected to the watch in order to hold all my steps, heart rate, calories etc
Hello, and thank you! This watch does not have to be connected to your phone 24/7 and can easily save an entire days worth of data while not connected to your phone.
I was thinking about buying a dumb phone - which one did you buy? the ones I've looked at have horrible reviews like they break really fast.
Hi! Great review! Would you say this is a good watch to track running and workouts?
Hello, and thank you! It can track a variety of workouts as well as runs. But it does not have built in GPS, and lacks some running metrics, so if your an avid outdoot runner may not be the best option for that.
@AbbyBReviewing just a casual 2 mile a day(4 days a week) runner and lift weights 5 days a week
I use the interval timer A LOT on my fitbit. I read this watch has a interval timer under the cardio option. Can you confirm? Thank you!!
Hello! I can see normal timers in the clock section, I don't see a timer under the cardio workout option, unless I missed it.
I was sold on the Venu 3s until I put it on my wrist...felt too big. I might have to try the Lily 2.
Yea, the Venu 3S can be a bit big if you have a small wrist. I prefer the smaller size of The Venu 2S myself. And the Lily 2 is super small in comparison. You are missing out on some features though but, if size is the most important to you, the Lily 2 may be a good fit!
@AbbyBReviewing Thank you! I was really impressed with the 3S features (and your videos did a great job explaining them).
I have a Garmin vivomove that I'm looking to replace because the touch screen is SO fiddly. The lily 2 is gorgeous but sounds like it has a similar issue with responsiveness :(
Yeah, sadly it does have some occasional responsiveness issues as well.
Question: Can I turnoff the Bluetooth and still able to track my activity in Garmin Venu2s?
🤔 Wrong video to ask about the Garmin Venu 2S lol but yes you can
@@AbbyBReviewing oh lol I watched other videos so must have commented on the wrong one. Love your reviews :)
I am a casual smartphone user, not too tech savvy either - sigh. I'm thinking about the Garmin Vivomove basically because it appears to be the lowest price that has what I want, safety, heart monitoring and tracking. I'd like a GPS on board but that ups the price. Is this watch easy to view in daylight? I've read reviews that in sunlight people can't read the watch face at all.
Hello, I would not call it easy to read in very bright sunlight, but it is readable with the brightness increased. You can see the display indoors and outdoors at 04:23 in the video.
New thoughts on the watch. I really hate the charging clip. It is difficult to get it to charge and you have to do it upside down and then check if it is working. Also, the watch is useless outside in the sun.
Do you know what the difference between the Lily 2 and Lily 2 Classic is? Their website is awful when trying to compare
Hey, yes the Lily 2 Classic has more expensive bands ie. leather or nylon as well as having Garmin Pay while the Lily 2 does not.
Does it let you set an alarm from the watch or do you have to do it from the phone like the Lily 1?
Hello, on the Lily 2 you can set alarms on the watch directly.
@@AbbyBReviewing Thank you!
I'm a guy but, I really like the design. I might get one.
are you able to connect with strava?
Hi, i dont see that as an option for this watch. You can connect Strava to your Garmin Connect account, though.
Its a nice looking watch and my wife likes it, especially lether version with Garmin pay. But not being able to download watch faces is big miss in my opinion.
Yes, i definitely agree! Other Garmin watches have so many downlable options definitely a miss.
I just wish these companies would put GPS on these more feminine watches 😭
Lily 2, or vivomove trend?
Hi, I prefer the Lily 2. i like the bigger sized digital display and smaller sized watch personally.
@@AbbyBReviewinghi Abby! Would you recommend this one of the VivoActive 5 for a gift for my girlfriend? This one seems a little more stylish as she has a small wrist. But seems like the performance is better with the Vivoactive?
@averyb.476 hi, it depends on what you think she'll prefer, a more stylish smaller size watch or a larger one with more performance options. I prefer having smaller watches myself and love the size of the Lily 2. And once again if you want a watch thats small with great performance the Venu 2S is a good option to consider as well.
@AbbyBReviewing okay thank you so much for the quick reply I am looking to buy one today as her birthday is next week! Do you know if they both can receive WhatsApp notifications? She uses that more than regular texting or calling
@averyb.476 yes you van ser WhatsApp notifications on them!
Can it read notifications from facebook messenger?
Hi, yes you can see Facebook notifications.
Will it receive SMS and call notifications if I have an iPhone?
Yes, it will but, you cannot reply with an iPhone though only with Andriods
Thanks much ❤
