- For the past few months, I've been syncing clips from trailers of Star Wars: The Clone Wars and various story reels. Some parts are a bit choppy but I hope you enjoy. I meant to upload this a while back but things got in the way.

This needs to be seen by more people then they can shut up and stop saying its shot for shot...
I don't like it when people dismiss the episodes because they're allegedly "shot for shot." Even if they were, so what? I'm glad that the story reels are being built upon, although I do miss some of the music from the story reels such as when the Bad Batch's shuttle lands.
Kodiak Captures this episode in my opinion is probably one of the best episodes I have ever seen

Aside from the disappointing scene cuts, I'm actually sad they took out the music from when they step off their ship. The new stuff is weirdly upbeat and triumphant whereas the old was darker and foreboding, like these guys are a whole different game from regular clones and are about to start some real shit.

Scene cuts? They are done by this channel so it doesn't get copyright strike. they can't publish whole official episodes, bruh.
@@LukiKruki I meant the scene cuts from the unfinished episode in the actual episodes they eventually released. Things like the joke about Padme nose art on their ship.
I can understand why they decided to change it up a bit, so it still has that feeling of something brand new that we haven't seen before.
The changes aren’t enough to feel like something new. It just doesn’t make much sense for them to change a couple lines

I like the original score of there arrival. Makes them sound mysterious

Those new battle droid models are great compared to the old ones (old were good too but not so close to what we see in the movies)
It was part of the animation style like dooku’s head

Why are they change the ARC-170 models to the Z-95 fighters? I think ARCs are better and better fits the RoTS "era"

Can't say I disagree. Unfortunately I only had clips from the trailers when I made this video. I'll see if I can change things up in the future.

@@JekPorkbricks it was not featured in this comparison but was in the unfinished bad batch episode where hunter and wrecker go to reinforce rex and jesse during the raid on the cyber centre

I wish they kept in the quick scene of the y wing pilot having episode 3 pilot armor. We only ever see that design in season 6

The REAL STORY is cooler and clearer than the official clip! 🤯 Why did they shorten the story? It would be better if they made full versions, it’s more interesting and there’s something to look at.
I actually kinda prefer how Anaxes looks in the reel form, compared to the final product. Gives it a more unique low-poly, shader-reliant look that reminds one of primitive 3D computer graphics, compared to the generic dusty red canyon in the finalized product that blends in with all the other planets in the show. Obviously it fits better as a final product, but I do hope that we get the originally released story reels on the Blu-ray, like we got the Utapau arc on season 6's Blu-ray.

@DDDA CREW There's no "but", though? And yes, I saw the concept art back in the day, and the finalized release is faithful to it. I never said it is what it was meant to look like; just that it has a more distinctive look to it, which I prefer.
Forgot how much crosshairs and wreckers face looked different.

He had a mark that said a good droid is a dead one. It reminded him of his dead brothers so he grew it out

Disney has taken them down from CZcams since the new version has been out but you might be able to find them somewhere else
