A little surprised this wasn't mentioned, but for the North Lomei Sky Labyrinth, I traveled over from the Wind Temple. The trampoline sails on the sky ships gave me altitude, and with stamina and Tulin's ability, I was able to coast to the top of the sky labyrinth, and then I placed a travel medallion. This allowed me to run along the top of the labyrinth and drop down to each terminal, including the one in the middle. And when I was finished with each one, I could go back to the travel medallion on top, and run along to the next one until I got all four.

Once I’d got a bit of battery and made the hover bike, this is the only thing I use to get about !
Did this for the depths to get about 5 light roots! Thanks for this idea!

I actually enjoyed doing these labyrinths because 1) no enemies, 2) forgot the actual solutions from BOTW and was unsure they would work, and 3) there's no mindless wandering (unless you want to search for chests and equipment) because there's already a trail left for you by the zonai researchers. It was also fun to read through the logs.
Im late but i did this way. im glad cuz it allowed me to enjoy the game. I understand with justin route are for people without time. You know life, jobs & family.

a gloomhand was in the shrine room in the north lomei labrynth and it was horrifying
I was literally just lost af in the akkala maze fighting “gloom hands” and said yeah I’ll get back to this tomorrow. And boom. You posted a video. Thank God for Austin John.

I watch these videos to support the first time, and then honestly wipe it from my memory so that I can go explore and enjoy everything on my own.
And then when I’m mindlessly wandering with 1/3 of an armor set on I can remember, “Oh yea! AJP has a video on my problem.”
And here I am, back again.
9:42 This maze is even easier to navigate then you think. Once entered just go straight, you'll find a little spot to recharge your energy to the left side. You can Ascend here and just walk on top to the opening that has the terminals and every terminal (and chest) has a spot to ascend back up xD.
You can also solve the Hyrule-level mazes by following the trail of figurative breadcrumbs the Zonai researchers left, if you do them the "normal" way
I accidentally picked those up before I read the diary at the start because I came from underneath 😂 Do those respawn during blood moon?
@@grey3414 I'm pretty sure they do, since I also grabbed the first few in my first maze before I thought "Hey wait a minute I might want these around later," and it seems like they're back a couple blood moons later
Thank you Austin, I've already done these mazes in full but all of the TotK videos have been extremely useful, especially the weapon ones yesterday (I tried out the Pristine Scimitars and now I see why you wanted them) so now I'm decked out in powerful general weapons and a 208 Attack Lynel Killer.
The main thing I enjoyed whilst doing the sky labyrinths was to use the glide suit to travel without using stamina

I just did this today haha. Zooming around with full glide armor was so fun, even if it was a little hard to see where I was going. You're doing great putting all these videos out, but don't forget to take it easy sometime, burnout really sucks!

Hell yeah. I literally just did all three of these myself on Monday. I really hated how hand-holdy they all were in this game but they were still fun! Diving down from the very top was such a cool experience.

While going through any of the sky mazes, if you enter diving mode instead of using the glider you'll move like 3 times as fast when using the glide armor set, its very fun.

Thank you for marking the chests. I completed the quest yesterday without grabbing the zonai weapons. I used a medallion on the top of the sky maze for fast traveling to descend to the hand portals.

For the sky labyrinths there’s usually a wall that enables you to climb on the edge all the way to the top. If you have the quest active then you can just walk along the rooftop of the labyrinth and drop down to where the markers are. Saved me so much time!

For the air labrynths, the gliding armor set makes you go /fast/. One thing that helped me was that, since you can't fall out easily, you can just stop looking at link and instead look at the minimap as you zoom by.
Because the gravity is weak, if you want to cheese the whole thing, get any platform, like a cart, and a rocket. It'll shoot you to just below the top of the maze, and you can jump off and just walk to your objectives.
I loved doing the Mazes, i didnt even know i could turn on the quest markers for these 😂 i did them all with out
For those who have the glide suit, I don't know if you need it to have the bonus or not at 2* upgrade but I do, when doing the sky labyrinths, just dive for a brief moment and the updraft will blow you back up and you can literally just fly around the entire maze no issue. When you need to go down, you just dive and then once you have stopped diving you will get blown back up again. No stamina use whatsoever.
I realized that yesterday. You need a lil downward momentum to spring back up further. It's very peculiar.
Was looking for your video on doing the Labyrinths last night and ended up doing them all by myself which wasn't that hard. But now you upload lmao
If you're going to the sky labyrinths on any type of hover vehicle and you have travel medallions i recommend you place them near the top of the labyrinth near the hand thingy, youll be able to get all of terminals very quickly

This is one of the first complete armor sets I got, aside common armors like the Hyrule Soldier set. It's really satisfying to play as Phantom Ganon. Not only do I get to play as a memorable boss from the first Zelda game I ever played, I also get to have a cape, and make NPCs cower in fear when I approach them. Awesome armor set.
This video really helps ty Austin keep up the work

The south lomei sky island thing was the hardest of the 3 for me and took me over an hour while the other 2 were 15-20 minutes tops while also exploring
You have no idea how many fire arrows I went through to open that first shrine. And ofc you put the video out literally 20 min after I was done getting the last of the set.
The grind that he turns into a 20 minute video is insane
Phantom Ganon suit in BotW was such an overpowered way of taking anything down. The dragonbone moblin clubs with 50+ damage with this suit plus an attack up buff would wipe things out very easily. Lynels were a breeze by flying at them, shoot them in the face with a high power bow to stun, land behind and wail away in circles hitting both back legs. They would go down before they knew what happened so long as you had max stamina. Love all your videos.

The craziest part of this video for me was how easily he beat the flux construct. I had no idea you could ultrahand them!!!
Yeah if you ultrahand the gold block and shake it around a bit the whole construct falls apart

You can also use Ascend I cheesed mine by using the ladders and dropping down when they do the throwing the blocks attack and Ascending up to them
@@Ash_Wen-li If you hit the weak spot enough the robot will dismantle, you can use ascend when it turns flat to get up or use recall on the blocks he throws at you, there are actually plenty of ways to reach his weak spot

north lomei ruins was my first interaction with the gloomhands, i litterly cheesed it from the top because wasnt no way i was gonna let myself get chased again.

To make the floating island mazes easier, just make the quest your objective and it shows you where the terminals are, go to the top of the island and you can just run to the terminal and go down from there, set a medallion to get back up top

I really wish they had let us upgrade this armor this time around, but with the stealth bonus and safety from Stal ambushes, it’s almost like a challenge mode glass cannon armor, and that’s kinda cool.
Yea true but with the added stealth it it is so funny one shooting silver enemies just by sneaking behind them

That cave for the east lomei labyrinth also has an entrance on the mainland so you could just go through the cave ascend up to the labyrinth and rocket up again to get to the shrine in case anyone gets stuck trying to enter from above.
Tbh I already did these but just watching the video cause I enjoy Austin’s vids 😂
When i read 9 labyrinths i got scared for a sec but then i realised you meant between the three maps 😅. I was like how did i miss 6 whole labyrinths😂
There was another comment mentioning it, but you can just glide instead of using the paraglider to move through the labyrinths in the sky, also each of the pieces of the glide armor make you faster, getting to the point of being almost uncontrollable with the full set.
Pro tip with the sky mazes the outer walls can be climbed and there are ledges all the way up to rest and recover stamina and the low gravity means you can run and jump across the top of the maze prelly easily at least in the akkala labyrinth
Those areas where you said the thing about the chests and were jumping up those three ledges that have been in every Labrynth, in that area you can ascend and get to the top of the maze.

the sky labyrinths i just go to the ceiling via ascend or climb the border wall and then just jump into the areas needed(easy to guess where they are). also if you use the glide set there you just fly there.
Ur a literally a madlad, you post 1-2 loz totk videos a day
quick little tip, you can climb the brown colored outline of the lomei sky labyrinth (not sure about the others though)

I frigging love mazes and did them legit as I never really get lost in labyrinths^^
Can also clime the walls with like red brick lines of the sky tower. Takes a while but don't drain stamina just holding on and had parts to rest on.
You can climb the dragon faces by the front of the labyrinth in the sky to get to the top as well. It takes some stamina but there are some pots that you can cheese to replenish it along the way. That’s how I did those.
Weirdly enough, Dinral was also flying by for me when I activated the Dragon Ring in the Lomei Labyrinth. Funny how it made me feel more connected to the adventure lol like I was on the right path
On the sky labyrinth on the second set you can ascend out of each of the panel rooms and just do the puzzle by walking on top and diving down
I was just in a cave on Akala beach and got to the end and ascended up into the island labyrinth in a room with the gloom hands and noped right back down the hole - oh see and you did it reverse of me lol
So jealous of the lighted depths maps 🔥🔥

For the North Lomei Sky Labrynth, anyone who gets frustrated with this one just pop a travel medallion at the top of the wall. completely negates the maze
