    In Traditional Chinese Medicine, other people’s energy is called “Acquired Qi.”
    Acquired Qi is other people's stress, anxiety, and nervous tension. It's everything that doesn't resonate with the highest expression of who you are.
    In this 9-minute video, Lee Holden teaches a Qi Gong routine to clear Acquired Qi from your body. This routine is great for letting go of stress from work, the news, or a confrontation.

    Thank you for the routine. This is what I needed. I accidentally saw some uncomfortable video of people yelling and shouting, and the negative energy stayed within me.
    After this routine I felt I'm ok and protected. I like the expression " the earth is always with us to support"us. The way you explain the qi and the nature is so beautiful.

    Thank you for this wonderful routine. I am sharing it out to many. One request/suggestion is when we release unwanted energy to the Earth/Gaia, please call in the Sacred Fire to transmute it rather than Gaia & Nature having to do so. She has a bit of healing to do herself these days! Much Love. Namaste. 💜🙏🏼

    This flow was amazing. Finally allowed me to release something that was literally making me sick for the last week! It moved out after doing this and today I am feeling much more tuned on and connected as well as well, again. Thank you! I particularly like the 'dropping the post' flow. Good stuff that works.

    Thank you so much! I need this exercise to calm my nerves since I have been having high blood pressure up and down since I got sick with the R S V virus five weeks ago. I will do this everyday. ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏

    Many thanks, Mrs. Hold, I myself tried to heal and do know something about becoming tired folowing my helpful deed. Experts recommend a flame of candle which from time to time the healers use to butn tzhe extra layer to protect themselves. This grounding priinciple appearts to be more logical.     Hello, thank you for this techniques. We can clear the negative energy from others, acummulated during the time, or the recent energies? I feel some people, when I speak with them, they give to me, a bad energy, and I have not a good communication. When is good to do this exercise, every day, or when you feel something, when I speak with other people?
