These washi tapes are new to me but are really beautiful. The fact that they're stickers that don't have to be fussy cut is a huge plus. And even the ones that have to be fussy cut look like they're easily cut, like you mentioned. I will definitely have to look into these more. Love the collage-like focal points you made with them with all of the visual interest. The wood and brick paper backgrounds really made these come together very nicely. While I love them all, I'm leaning towards the 3rd card with the tree in front of the window. I do like scene cards even busy ones that remind me of the old Currier and Ives cards that had little vignettes that all added to a cohesive scene. As a kid, would really study the card to to see what was going on. I'm afraid I have to disagree with your husband. As the images were mainly Christmas trees it didn't seem to be overly busy to me. They look like them. I just received mine from the washi tape club. I tried doing what you do to peel them off, it isn't working. It's so frustrating.@@lucypatrick
@@jazzy8084 I'm sorry to hear you're frustrated, that's no good! I didn't have any issues, occasionally I had to turn to a different edge if it didn't come up straight away. One time I had a PET sticker facing downwards and I couldn't roll it; I realised it was because the sticker is the "rollable" part, not the backing and therefore made it impossible to peel off. So maybe make sure the sticker is facing up and gently roll with your thumb towards your hand. Have you re-watched my video on how I do it? Once you do it once, I think it will be easier so please don't give up, keep at it and let me know if I can be of any more help. I'll do it again slowly in my next video. XOX
