Llandow SWB Track Day - 28/06/2024 - Session 1

Llandow Track Day with South West Bikers Club. Overall, a great day with good people but sadly one of the gang suffered a bad crash and my own riding was a bit slow and cautious.
I did not beat my previous best lap time in spite of a lot of bike modifications but some days seem to go that way. I need to improve my fitness as this little track is physical and I struggled increasingly throughout the day.
I could not put my laps together consistently and managed a 51.5 second lap where as my best theoretical (best sectors) was a 47.6, so this is something I need to work on.
