@@nyes4596 still felt kinda cheap like they could've held on til midway through the season since she just joined the main group before she got the boot.
Not to mention, Belos knew that they were spying on him when they used the potion. The only way they would have been able to use that to their advantage would be if they decided to blow a trumpet at him while he was asleep (this was explored in an Owl House comic that I once read).
Honestly it’s funny. Or been in front of my old highschool teachers and regressed in a heartbeat. Standing up straight, holding my hands in front of me, saying sir and miss. It’s funny how old habits come out like that in a similar situation
So the reason the glyphs don’t work in the human realm is because there is no outward magic in the ecosystem to command, like trying to write something but without ink
With that analogy, since Witches can use magic in the human realm, meaning that Luz gets her power source from the boiling isle, and the boiling isle is made out of a body of a titan, and the most powerful power source are titan blood, since Witches can use magic in the human realm do you think their magic vile sac in their heart is kinda similar to Titans blood.
I just call it atmospheric magic, places with high concentration of magic are higher pressures od magic in the atmosphere. The human realm doesn't have a titan rotting releasing magic over time ambiently so no magical pressure or atmosphere, a fire with no oxygen can't burn so neither do spells.
y'all make sense, Vee had to eat magic cards found in the human realm in order to hold her human form, sp magic is extremely rare in the atmosphere, but maybe in some places of Earth, there are places where there's some remains of magic, like in Gravity Falls where a lot of stuff happened, since we know a lot of shows are tied to The Owl House like Amphibia and Gravity Falls, so maybe, MAYBE, magic remains but in limited quantities that are tied to those small places accross the world
To my understanding, all a Bile Sac does is channel latent magic in the air. So since Witches can still use magic on Earth, I'd wager that there's just enough latent magic in the air for Witches to be able to use magic, but not enough for the glyphs so they burn themselves out before they can actually do anything. And remember, it was the Titan himself who granted the glyphs to the Wild Witches in the past and now to Luz in the present day, another reason I'd wager they only work in the boiling isles.
I find it beautiful how the show gave her more development than simply “Eda’s brainwashed sister” It gives that earlier season one episode, where they fought together against that cat demon, more oomph when you realize how in sync they were the whole time.

the transformation of lilith turning into a nerd and a historian has *B E G U N*
I love that. "Is my equipment broken? Am... I broken...?"
Eda kissing hootys head was so wholesome
Eda is the wine mom, Lilith is the cool nerdy aunt and King is the mischievous little brother with a heart of gold
her and dipper would get along very well
Adult witch and 13 years old Earth boy
@@polishalastor142
And Lilith and Hailey too
12:17 this broke my heart
6:14
"Luz? Are you Luzening?"
I adore Lillith’s new look, it’s very 60s
I love that Eda is just Mom of Luz and King and Lilith is so openly happy about being an Aunt xD
The "DARK DEEDS CARRIED OUT IN YOUR NAME" gets me every time.
*"Lets boogie down into history town😏."* Just. 👌 And just how she says IT and does the little dance after IT is just Perfect
11:38 Is no one concerned that Lilith was going to sacrifice people to satisfy King?
Humans have sacrificed people to their gods all the time. Not at all.
finally someone noticed besides me
She reminds me a lot of my aunt. She would actively dance in public to try to embarrass me when I was a kid but I loved her being kooky and weird.
And I found out recently that she worked at a $ex shop. LUCKILY I DIDNT FIND THAT OUT BY SEEING HER THERE!
Wow
That can give a very strange explanation for dances))
Alternate title:
Lilith being Lilith for 12 minutes straight.
It's crazy how much development this show has for all of its characters.
Alternate title: Lilith clawthorne being the awesome witch she is for a reasonable amount of time
I always did have a soft spot for Lilith because of her design and dynamic with Eda, but season 2 upgraded her to one of my favorite characters.
2:37 MY FAVORITE LILY SCENE
Lilith is the best owl house character.
Change my mind
Same
She is the worst character in the show. She is better off dead.
lilith is the superior character
1:55 or 4:30 shows that even if Eda was more talented Lilith also was brilliant and intelligent
The face she makes when talking about DeadWardian Balusters is too adorable.
Seasons 2 and 3 have made me love this woman with all my heart-
BASICS ARE SOOO BASIC
-Edalyn clawthorne
I think Lilith might be my favorite character after hooty
Eda tapping her glyph and then pointing with both hands as it turns into just a lump is the cutest thing and it lives rent free in my dome.
Quitting the Emperor's Coven allowed Lilith to be herself once more
I honestly really like Lilith’s season 2 personality, we’ve seen she can be just as dorky as everyone else so her being an adorkable nerd underneath the cold woman is really nice.
2:22 Lillith's Crystal statue is Beautiful
2:29 Eda's is a cute crystal snowball
It's ok with me I like Crystals
king's sneeze is so cute
lilith is going to be so good at excel lol
I still can’t get over how silly Lilith’s palisman looks off of its staff
Oh right
You know, I never sat down to comment on it before, but looking at it now I appreciate her changing of outfits. Going from strict formal attire, to a rough patch looking like a crackhead and then eventually cleaning herself up.
2:22
Lilith: Do I get extra credit?
Me: You know there's a fine line for asking for extra credit and being a teacher's pet.
She's one of my favorite characters :') lysm Lilith
Anyone else thinks Lilith looks attractive with glasses?
I've always found it adorable especially when shes with luz lol
I always found it revolting to see her still alive.
Eda = Stanley
Lilith = Stanford
And Eda and Stan were married!
Lilith is quite the artist ain’t she? From the table swans(I think?) in the flashback in Knock Knock Knocking on Hooty‘s Door. Which is why she is ‘better’ than Eda w/ the sculptures.

And this is how you make a hatable character into a amazing Character ( an example Peridot from Steven universe)
BRO!! 4:03 to 4:05 HER EARS WENT DOWN! THE EAR THING IS A THING!! EMOTION!! HOLY TITAN!!
ear thing?
Yes
I love her redemption so much
I like that the nerdy side of her wasn’t treated as a weird, new personality. This was always her real self and the show respects that.
Since she wears glasses later on, does that mean that for most of the show she was like 80% blind? Cuz without my glasses I can't see sh¡t, can't imagine how someone would fight another person with that kinda vision
She probably used magic or had contacts
@@Mad_scientist_huburis who knows Maybe contacts exist on Boiling Isles
Maybe reading glasses?
She was using contact lenses.
Lol the fact that Lilith calls Luz Ms teacher kills me. It’s adorable
She and Hunter are a lot alike if you ask me.
Lilith feels like Pearl 2.0 lol
Lilith is so precious 😚
I'm thinking at the end of the series we'll see some kind of epilogue or something. Maybe Lilith will become a teacher at Hexside.
That will be good
Luz’s reaction to Lilith statue kills me 2:25
"cool aunt Lilith" awhhhhh💕💕💕
"Ms Teacher" ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Anyone that hasn't watched ink dry is missing out.
Lilith is so adorable.
me and all of my friends can agree that lilith is the best character.
Lilith knows a lot about glyphs, especially from just learning about them from Luz so early!
Lilith being excited about learning/discovering new knowledge is so CUTE I CANT-
Between Amity and Lilith, this show is truly the GOAT when it comes to making hateable characters lovable.
Edric, Emira, Darius, Hunter as well.
I already have a crush for her, and don't even watch the, but anyway Lilith checks all the boxes for me
It does make me sad that Lilith still has many people who don't like her, and I fully understand not wanting to forgive what she did (as a kid and as an adult).
I really think if Dana and the writers and animators had been given the time this show deserved, they could've done so much with everyone, including showing Lilith earning eda's forgiveness
"including showing Lilith earning eda's forgiveness"
I thought she did.
"they could've done so much with everyone"
Like what?

They never actually showed a conversation between eda and Lilith about everything that had happened or a talk over Lilith's choice to share the curse (which we also never see Lilith affected by after that one episode with their mom).
more of Lilith and eda bonding would've been good, more of luz's friends gus and willow since they were very under utilized, and maybe some simple, fun and lighthearted episodes instead of everything having to be so plot heavy every time (but Disney wanted to cut the show short so the options were limited for dana)
"OoiOohhHh. Watching the ink dry is the BEST part!"
Lilith's handwriting is beautiful
Season 1: How is Lilith Eda's sister?
Season 2: Yep, she is Eda's sister alright.
Lilith is adorable and I would die for her, but the little kiss Hooty gets from Eda at the end was maybe the cutest thing in the whole video. :3
Lilith: "there is no such thing as a king of demons".
King: "blasphemy"!
Lilith "blasphemyou"!!!
