Is it just me or did anyone else notice the coldness between the Belgium pair Huybrechts & Van Den Bergh ??? Didn't even really acknowledge each other throughout that game 😳😳😳 Even after they won
They have a personal issue according to huybrechts.

Big Up PDC! Great Tournament! Lot more fun to watch than the PL imho. Hope Italy will overstand round 1 and we see Mighty Mustache Massimo as long as we can. Solid Performances by Martin, Gaga and the Aussies too. A unkown Reus showed the world what he can, even India impressed me. Oh yeah and, nice to see Paul the Legend Lim on a European stage again. 👍 Love it so far!

I follow the nordic&baltic tour and yeah, Benjamin is good but its all about consistency, many players from Scandinavia can play 100+ averages but they cant keep this level constantly

I absolutely love this tournament and this pairs format is way better and this is how it should be with all 4 players on stage together. Some very good darts today and some shocks. I didnt expect France to beat Northern Ireland but that was quite a performance from France and for Denmark, Reus was just mindblowing. Thats gotta be the performance of the night. Its a shame Dimi and Kim have some personal issues coz the darts were superb and they could do some damage in this tournament and with them not being on speaking terms with each other is it gonna be detrimental to their chances or will it actually help them focus even more, only time will tell. Germany look like a real threat as well and Shindy has improved so much in the past year. Australia will surely up their level as well as the competition gets tougher. Cant wait for tomorrow to see who goes through.

Btw, my Croatian blokes have qualified for the World Cup of Darts for the first time since 2013. They have to beat the Thailand and have fingers crossed against the Republic of Ireland. It's gonna be tough. So yeah, wish us good luck.😁

I'm loving the new format as its a team competition and doubles makes the team, and the groups games are great to give more visibility to these countries. Dissapointed at the venue looking and sounding like a half empty sports hall.

@@Besitzerstolz Very unlikely De Decker overtakes him by next year unless he goes on multiple deep runs in the majors. De Decker is a great talent but he's not close enough to Kim to be much of a threat. Whatever the deal is with kim and dimi they're both better off being adults about the situation and getting it sorted

Dolan and gurney both higher ranked than rock
Because the teams are the top 2 players of a country, if possible, based on the Order of Merit. At the moment Dolan is 27th, Gurney is 28th and Rock is 29th. It's close, but Rock is not ranked high enough.
@@ewan8857 well that is correct, but recently Rock presented 2 classes higher level of dart than these two.

Brendan Dolan and Daryl Gurney are 27 and 28 in the world. Rock was literally just outside of them at 29

It is determined by the world ranking seeds. And funnily enough Dolan, Gurney and Rock are seeded 27th, 28th and 29th😂So yeah, it's a shame we won't see Rock playing the doubles tournament

Agree! PDC must get better with that. Even on Twitter, where they actually share short videos, people can't see these videos If they are not living in the UK because of stupid copyright issues. An organizer should actually regulate this better.
