  • Ahead of another pandemic Christmas, Julie Etchingham sits down with the Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby.
In a wide-ranging interview, they talk about the Downing Street photo where the prime minister and staff were seen enjoying cheese and wine during the first lockdown - Number 10 says it was a work meeting, not a social gathering.
“I thought about the many people who’ll look at that [photo] and remember what they were doing on that day - and the sorrow and sadness they felt because of not being able to see someone or a bereavement of the last time they saw someone they loved", Justin Welby said.
"I felt a whole lot of emotions - but I’m not quick to judge people - I want to wait for the outcome of the investigation”.
The Archbishop also reflects on presiding at the Duke of Edinburgh’s funeral in April, and the migrant crisis in the English Channel where 27 people drowned in November.
