Honestly, the difference between both teams was the coaching. Rafa and Roger were actually helpful to their teammates.
I don't know about you, but this is becoming my favourite tennis tournament. Yes, slams are great and all, but there's something special and unique about this.

it was pretty much the same ending as last year's laver cup, Zverev winning in the final match ang laying on the floor while all the other members jump onto him. Very nice coincidence for Zverev, he is a good kid, he is only having a struggling season this year
What a GREAT idea the creation of this trophy was (not to mention naming it after a legend like Rod Laver, who seems to be very proud of it, btw). It is amazing to watch all these top seed players getting so invested in it from the very start, and celebrate victories like this. Tennis is such a lonely sport that it warms your heart watching the players feeling part of a team; that's why the late Davis Cup was so beloved. Let's see what happens now with the new one. Well done, Team Europe, and best of lucks to both teams for next year.

They were closer the first year when it also went to the final match between Nick and Roger. Last year Europe won easier.
I agree. Great effort from Team World to come to the brink of victory this year. Team Europe just barely took this year's edition and continued to bring it when their backs were against the wall. Next year in Boston will be exciting!
When I said in my comedic video about tennis players that Zverev was an estabilshed top 10 player and was very good, I wasn't wrong. Even though he had a difficult year, he showed again how remarkable he can be.

I find that the creation of this team event is incredible for today's tennis, even though some fans might not tune in. It is great to see these guys who play each other all year around end up teaming up together and the intensity it still there; I mean, you could see the sheer disappointment on the slow mo when Zverev hit that winner and it showed Team World. You have to feel for them, they did well in this tournament, but I am hoping they send the best of the best for the World Team some day so that they can play against Federer and Nadal at some point. It would be good to see Nishikori and Juan Martin del Potro on Team World. Hopefully this tournamen still has the same level of competitiveness and participants when Fedal isn't around anymore.
This is the boost of confidence zverev needed. Watch out big 3! So nice to see all these guys, including team world rooting and playing with eachother. I also think Nick really really wanted this one bad. (Maybe next year) Congrats Team Europe !!
