Hate these changes. Why would riot think mages want less AP...
+SNOW SOS It's less ap overall for more cdr, defense stats, and sustain. It'll reinforce the fact that mages and ap bruisers need to combo and sustain damage, making assassins more distinct from them in their build path and playstyle. Not saying a few items changes will make this 100% but it's looking to go in the right direction IMO.
Nex Gen you're wrong. It's less defensive stats across the board and more cd which is more or less useless since every item has cd now. Even hourglass got a huge nerf.

riot removed boot enchantments because alacrity was used the most after homeguard was removed and it increased the average move speed making mage's skill shots harder to hit
When lemon was talking about lost chapter it still had the icon for hextech glp-800
I think that u can actually drop the fizz ultimate with the qss since it is a slow, read that from the rioter that nerf the qss and would be implemented.
the audio on this is worse than my old nokia phone...
I mean the new Hextech items are kinda cool but fuck them for removing boot enchants.. It's taking away the option of going for like a support choice to get to your adc faster (captain) or being able to get speed boosts of spammy champs like Karma (furor) but since they removed homeguards everyone picked alacrity anyway becuase it just seemed better.. I hope they have some good ideas for this becuase the move speed drake is shit anyway.
new Catalyst combined with new Athene will be like: Use spell-> getting hp-> mana regen up-> Get hurt-> earn mana -> use spell-> getting hp back ... So Ryze.

I was able to watch this video for like 5 minutes until I felt that my ears are literally going to bleed. How someone can actually record and release audio of such a low quality in this day and age is beyond me.
