Unfortunately, I have seen myself in the same situation, flipping cars with a rented garage was forcing me to constantly flip cars beyond my capacity with a minimum of one per month sold and this was hard because it was not my main job, and I think you are in a similar situation, where months and months of rent will creep in but some projects are good some are bad and when you draw the line you have to make or break, ended up just selling some cars for scrap value just to be able to pay garage rent which is not what I wanted.
Hope the fiesta sells soon for you! Any chance you can share what equipment you use for paint and materials etc. I did a 5 out of 10 job for a wing mirror cover I done recently with spray cans I want to improve!
