REALISTIC one room apartment hunting in Seoul

Hello everyone, so I am moving to Seoul finally!!!
With my budget, it was hard to find nice apartments so I will share with you guys how the housing market is with a limited budget in Seoul, Korea.
Only looked at one room apartments and let's say it was not what I expected to get....

There are two ways to get a house in Korea. 전세 or 월세. But in case of foreigners, I recommend 월세(monthly rent). Cause 전세 is kinda huge deposit like 억.
