Have you tried practicing mindfulness? If the dejavus were still like a 'Woa!!" experience to you, you were more mindful of them and thinking about them more often. At some point it becomes the norm and then it fades away. Set your intentention and focus back on those feelings and the dejavus and they can return. be more mindful in daily life, I'm sure you can get it back - if you would want to though :p

Recent studies have shown that it is a temporary sensory issue wherein the left side of the brain and the right side of brain get the sensory information at not the same time, off my just a bit. The conscious mind gets an incomplete signal at first which give an "impression" of the sensory information, but you can't quite fully recognize it until the other side of the brain sends it's data. So, you now fully sense whatever it is, but you also get the sense that you have previously sensed the exact same thing.

TLDR: I experienced deja vu that felt like an actual real memory but was actually just deja vu and it felt so weird
I experienced deja vu today but I thought It wasn’t deja vu until I said smth about it. I was sitting in my art class I normally go to in Thursday’s and my friend was telling a very specific story about a specific text message she recieved from a specific friend and how another specific friend had said a specific thing in reaction to seeing said text. Once she finished speaking I said I you already told us this and both her and the other friend we were with said no. The one friend hadn’t told us about it and she showed me that the text she was talking about had been sent to her after the last time I had seen them. I remember that specific conversation happening in the same place with the same people around us (the other people in the studio change seats every week) it literally felt like any other memory from a week ago I’m still confused lmao usually it’s obvious to me when it is deja vu theres a specific feeling or smth slightly different in the deja vu but this felt like an exact memory

That's not what deja vu is though, it's a literal skip in your brain's processing, it will trick you into thinking that you've seen something before even if you haven't. The phenomenon you're describing is just your brain slowly regaining it's hold on older memories.
For example you could walk into a building, everything is unique to you, you've never seen it before, it looks nothing like anything youve seen before, but deja vu can trick you into perceiving it as a familiar location, design, smell, etcetera.

What if it's a predominate experience? I have it a lot. I feel like it occurs around a big change in my life. I feel anxious, fear, and stress (I think I have depression as well) etc. when I experience it. Then, it seems to pickup in frequency toward, "the event" (the life changing event; a major change in my life). I feel like I see the course of some events, and I get a sense of paranoia and I am very cautious during those times when I experience the deja vu. Also, when I have deja vu it's so strong that I fee like I can predict what's going to happen in the next few seconds? I've had multiple instances like this. Where I literally know what happens next, like what someone is going to say/do, etc... and it does play out exactly as such.

This may be the case for a type of spatial deja vu. My understanding (and this is my memory of the explanation - which is really just a memory of the last time I remembered it - so it will be at least a little inaccurate) is that the experience can happen when our brains 'accidentally' trigger the process/feeling of memory recall without actually remembering anything.

Also in the Reel you try to boil the phenomenon of Deja vu to spatial resemblence. I don't know If that is the conclusion of the study, but come on?
The study only Tests for spatial resemblence. But Deja vi is so much more. It can be triggered from smells Sounds, conversations, etc. it has absolutely nothing to do with spatial resemblence. Spatial resemblence is Just one specific scenario that can Trigger Deja vu...
Seriously guys I love most of your Videos, but this Reel is such a Low effort Post. You use an extremely clickbaity title to present an absolutely mundane study that provides No new information whatsoever and you even emphasize the wrong point of the study...

then what explains the weird thing thay happens when I recall what the dejavu is and try to avoid the area it will happen but still ends up happening, kinda weird, like I was hit by king crimson, I've tried 5 times to not let it happen but it still happens

Deja vu only happens with places or things you have already been to. Like a Movie Theatre for example.

That's great, but every instance of Deja Vu, for me, is always dialog..

I am not agree with you...i have deja vu but i don't think i have similar experience what i see , i have meet someone whom i have never meet in my life but i remember him /her or know about him/her......I have experience many times where i have memories of something which is happening and it's like dream type of memories i have... deja vu don't happen everytime ...most of the times it happens when something important things happen with people which can effect him in his /her life ...what you are saying , it's totally defferent from my experience...many times i have realised it's going to happen and that incident happened just like i saw .....May be your test subjects have not deja vu but they think , they have deja vu
