    Thank you for this review.
I've been waiting for a proper channel to review this and happy that I saw your video.
I'll probably get the X-903 UC after watching what you said about the peak.
Peak looks cool, but neck pain is not.

Why not buy this and remove the peak if doing long distances at higher speeds and there's no sun in front of you?

Great honest review , I would agree with everything you’ve said after owning this helmet for 4 months .
I’ve had 2 of the brilliant old 551 model and currently a schuberth e1 , I fell in love with this helmet the comfort look look and quality is great but I just still prefer the schuberth e1

May I ask what you prefer about the E1? I own one but if it hadn't the hefty price tag, I would have gotten rid of it a long time ago. For a Schuberth (and I owned a few) lesser built quality, it's a mess in the rain, the visor often closes not properly or you need several attempts, the peak is not trustworthy. I'm disappointed and of all the helmets I've had (other Schuberth, BMW, Shoei and Arai) this is the worst purchase I've made. And I'm looking forward to buy a new helmet.

Looks pretty nice without the peak, isn't that all "street mode" is?

Yes, but something to block up the screw holes would suggest X-Lite had thought about a street mode. It doesn't have to be complicated. Even making the peak screws short enough to screw all the way in when it's peakless would be better than nothing. Cheers, Tony

What if you insert the pinlock on the visor and removed the visor label, but then put it all back on. Can it be returned still?
