Fodder Group's mission is to educate the world on the benefits of feeding grass eating animals sprouted barley known as fodder. It's economical, sustainable, far healthier than any other form of feeding and it's the future.
We also build fodder systems for select clients around the world and want to provide enough information for you to make an informed decision.
We have build systems in many countries around the world and have personally grown hundreds of thousands of tons of fresh feed ourselves. We have struck every problem there is (and some) and made more mistakes than everyone in the industry combined.
That makes us the definitive choice to help you no matter what you are looking to achieve in feeding the best livestock feed on the planet.

We did a video on a product similar to this in Canterbury New Zealand using barley as the sprouting grain. The farmer we talked to said that the beef animals did take a few days to get used to it but really loved it after a few days. The system is easy to use, requires little manual input and one of the biggest advantages (not mentioned) is water saving, imagine how much water would go into irrigation of 1000kg plus of grass per day. We shot some great footage of the animals running for there feed and devouring this like there was no tomorrow. Great system and so glad to see businesses like this exporting these products to the world. Keep on innovating!

Wendigo this isn’t “healthier” in the sense that it is more nutrients. It’s like giving your cattle celery. It’s 90% water with very little nutrient matter. It’s better to just give the cows the actual barley gain then the sprouts

One person got greedy and on a weekend came into the office and stole all the documents and was not heard from again. It would be nice to think that this setup is an out growth of what I was working on back then.

@@FodderGroup I've seen videos of cows eating regular feed and they look like they don't really like it but they're just eating it because that's all they have. If I had a cow I would want it to enjoy what it's eating it's not fair that I only enjoy the food I eat. Like with my cats, I make sure that they enjoy the food that I give them.

@@lunarcorpse you could not be more correct. Cattle are designed to eat grass and by feeding grain and dried grass etc, it take effort to digest. This is why the cows and other animals literally come running for fresh fodder - they know what is best for them.

Thank very much Fodder group for your excellent innovation, I value and appreciate your work. I have a question, my question is it safe to produce the sprouts for human consumption using your system or we should only stick to animal feeding when we purchase the system?

    • @FodderGroup

Excellent question. You most certainly can grow for human consumption with this system. Fresh barley or wheatgrass is much sort after and highly nutritious for humans.
