    Do you need to relax and wind down after a crazy day? If that's the case, this is the perfect routine for you. It is a relaxing night stretch so that you can disconnect your mind and body and get ready to have a good night of sleep.
    Grab a pillow or a blanket to get comfy, and even a hoodie to feel warm!
    Do this stretch every night before bed to relax and get ready to sleep!

    I do these exercises for over a year now and tgey help me sleep.. over 10 years trouble sleeping and now i have a healthy sleep rythm .. i like the countdown before the switch of each pose!!!!

    This is by far my absolute FAVORITE stretch before bed. I do it in my bed and I find myself dozing off especially during cobra lol.

    I don’t know if that was just me, but the beeping sound was a bit annoying before bedtime. I do like the beeping sounds for repetitive daytime workouts, but before bed, i would have preferred a more soothing sound. The stretches were great but the beeps just turned me off. Great otherwise 👌🏼

    the poses are great, but the countdown before the switch of each pose is very jarring and not at all relaxing. I'd suggest changing that, everything else is great!
