    This is video covers each tip fantastically. But out of all the parts, I have to speak for music.
    I don't think the power of music in DND can be overstated. Something as simple as a motif for a certain character gives another dimension for the players to experience. I have a recurring green dragon villain, and the music played for her appearances makes my party shit bricks. It's a similar effect to the theme used for Jaws.
    The only problem is that if you're too picky as a DM, choosing music gives you another thing to worry about, which is one of the last things any DM wants.

      Glad to hear you liked the video! Totally agree with your elaboration on the music note! You actually take it even farther than I do. Having actual motifs for reoccurring NPCs is brilliant - a classic element of great scores - and something I will definitely consider doing in my own campaigns in the future.

      @@ImaginaryJeremy If you do, make sure that you only choose a few characters, and important ones at that.
      Not only is the rarity a trait that makes the motif special, but it's less of a hassle to have a specific flavor of music for fewer people.
