This looks more like a 4.0 game. i think the Lady in Orange def should've gone for the balls when on the left side (Fore-Hand). Kinda felt like she was mainly depending on her partner to get those even when he was on the right (Back-Hand). Her dinks got a bit better as the game went on, same for her drops and resets. They're also probably really tired. Tournaments are hard esp if it's best of 3 for each match-up.
Love the 2 different camera placements.2nd view was my favorite .would be even nicer to have the first view in a different but similar to view 2...good work still.nice to hear the score... I think the man in the dark greyish shirt w black pants is by far the superior player of the 4.if he had a little better judgement and could lay off of those wide and out and long balls,he would be better still.red shirt girl has bad judgement on out balls .if she did the game would be much closer
Wow so many haters and Pickleball experts criticizing their play 😊 I give them credit for competing at the Senior citizen level especially when you can’t move like you once did 20 or 30 years ago. Hey with all my arthritis bad body joints I can still give them youngsters a run for their money at 67 and I am a ranking myself a 6.0 player😂
I believe there were only 16 4.5 teams competing in this bracket. TONS of 4.5 and up in the 3.5 bracket and there were 62 or 63 teams!!! Pretty sure it would be a close match with ANY of the top 10 finishers in the 3.5 mixed & these 2 4.5 teams. Nationals allows sandbagging, but won't let people play above the level of the golden ticket they won (like you even needed to win a golden ticket this year!@#$%!)
The bracketing was messed up...oh well. The ladies in the 3.5 Gold match would beat these two ladies. It was a weird amateur tournament by all accounts.
The woman in orange could take some lessons from the grey hat guy. Learn how to execute a TWO-handed backhand in certain situations. She had SO many errors with that one-handed backhand, it became ridiculous. The camo lady is pretty good at dinking. The losing team called at least a couple of in balls out. They didn’t deserve to win. Especially after the tall guy lost it - “that’s f***ing bulls**t” when he was hit by the ball. That happens in pickleball. Grow up!
This is NOT 4.5 level... no one on the court is a 4.5... We play with solid 4.5s all the time these players you are watching would get crushed... this is (3.5 women)-(3.75 men) at best... sorry but very disappointed...

Pickleball rankings must be applied with a lot less rigour than tennis rankings; there’s no way these players would earn a USTA 4.5 ranking.
