I am a 62 yo women, I stop sewing when my 4 children was young and I was working a demanding job with 12 hour tours sometime, it was just easier to purchase clothing (poorly made but not cheap) I’m retired now, I first saw your videos when you was sawing on a TV tray. Im very proud of you and the information you provide. I now have a sewing room and 2 newer sewing machines , plus my original Sears and Roebuck machine and I was just gifted a serger. I encourage everyone to sew, crochet, knit, cook, garden, carpentry etc. whatever you create or i improve will be better than what is being forced on us now.
You're SO spot on, everyone should learn how to craft things in their life, its such an amazing skill to have! And thats hilarious that you remember the stool videos, I STILL have that stool actually!
Thank you so much! I'm glad the way I create my content is helpful for you! I know what its like to try and learn something from someone who means well but isnt the best teacher so I get it...
My husband is a slim skinny finding clothes is hard for him at a 5'6" and a 30w x30L . Knits are the devil to sew on a regular sewing machine without the right needles just saying.

Very true knits can be more difficult with a universal needle. Not IMPOSSIBLE but difficult.
Im 6'5 V shaped and everything is reg fit these days. I have a machine and would love to be able to tailor perfectly but doing this is difficult.
Dude you would be surprised, its WAY easier than you think!
@@StylishDTailors ty this weekend I am going to destroy a few tshirts for the cause.
