Floridians can buy hurricane supplies tax-free for limited time

With several months still left of hurricane season, it's a good idea to ask yourself: Do I have my emergency supply kit ready?
Floridians will be able to get any supplies they may need for a storm tax-free for the next two weeks.
Florida's 2024 Disaster Preparedness Sales Tax Holiday starts Saturday, Aug. 24, and runs through Friday, Sept. 6.

Everyone should get a innerlock kit install with generators so non extension cord needed and all the breakers will work in the house even AC , stove , all lights and etc.
