This sounded like BS. Biden is the type of president if you've seen family members grieving who is physically affectionate in his compassion. There is no way she stood in that oval office crying without him trying to comfort her. That's simply not who he is as a person. Remember Trump refused his "transition teams" to brief Biden on anything Biden would have known Trump already made a deal with the Taliban 5 months earlier that the US was withdrawing. The military started abandoning bases and operations 6 months before Biden was voted. MAGA Trump-loving people never research anything. Biden had 2 choices engage and pull the military back into Afghanistan to retake what was lost from Trump's commitment to withdraw OR withdraw with as few casualties as possible! These military decisions aren't made overnight. Her son knew Trump was withdrawing and plans were in effect in early 2017. (it's all the Pentagon briefings)
Kudos to CNN for letting this lady have her say. Yes, the withdrawal could have been handled better. I'm dissppointed that this Afghan War Veteran's mother chooses to politicize her moment on TV by criticizing illegal immigration. How does that show respect to her son, who volunteered and knew he might be killed?
This mother has every right to be angry. Biden’s incompetence directly led to the situation that got her son killed. Trump had a plan to avoid this chaos, but Biden dropped the ball.

You might want to look up why those that where POW's with McCain called him, "Songbird." Also he was shot down cause he didn't follow orders and stay out of the SAM zones. The guy had a terrible military history that only was saved cause his dad was an Admiral. Also while as a senator he did pretty much nothing for Vets. So yes I understand why he would call McCain a loser and if you go back he didn't call all POW's losers he was speaking about McCain and the reason he got capture/shot down (again disobeying orders and flying in a no fly zone cause of the SAMs).

Why didn’t the host of this debacle step in and say this was Trumps deal with the Taliban and not Biden/Harris deal. This woman may be a MAGA supporter, but she is a Trump fan all the way. She is saying exactly what Trump told her to say when they were on the phone. Biden invited her to the White House and she’s bummed out because he didn’t hug her? Why would he hug her when this was a social meeting? If he had hugged her, then she would whine that he was trying to touch her. He can’t win. She’s strictly a Trump supporter and instead of talking about her son, she started talking about the border. What’s that all about? She looks like a Trump supporter, overweight with stringy hair. @@phiksitactually it was ISIS. Drumpf drew our forces down to 2000 in exchange for the Taliban to not attack us and a withdrawal date. And the Taliban actually assisted in the logistics of us leaving. If we had broken that agreement then the mere 2000 troops left would have been sitting ducks in a shooting gallery. The scope and yes efficiency of the withdrawal was actually pretty amazing. When that ISIS suicide bomber slipped through the defenses of both us and the Taliban, drumpf probably pumped his fist because he could now blame Biden for a (great?🤔) deal he initiated. And all the trumpfucks ate that shit up.
