I just caught a bass over 9 lbs about an hour ago and the Bass forecast app. says its poor fishing with a 2.9 rating. Weather looked perfect to catch some bass from past experience in my 50 years of bass fishing and I knew better to trust it and went anyway. Glad I did.

My buddy and I each took two paychecks each into academy and came out with $3,100+ something worth of merch last year and split it up. We got cranks, traps, terminal tackle, plastics, spinnerbaits, chatterbaits, topwater, swimbaits, line, and some on sale rods. We have literally barely used any of it.
You realize he's dropping almost 2K right? He has to recoup some of the money especially because he's a mid size channel. He's still growing and it's risky to put that much money into a growing channel. You want something you earn it.
