Facts, I didn't even know I was a Sigma, until I came across vids of it. Always use to wonder why people always asked me why I dressed up in a suit on a good clubbing night. Haha I don't even chase women they come to me
One of the primary things is, they see that we don't over-value them, nor under-value them. I noticed the same thing about myself concerning playing basketball with blacks (I'm white). You see, they can see it in your demeanor, that you don't despise them, and so they really like you for that. You don't have to say a thing, which of course is common for us with strangers, because somehow not having a negative attitude towards them, is as easy as day to pick up. Secondarily as another sigma video picked up on, we believe in the old-fashioned ways to catch a girl, that is, we keep the horse in front of the cart, by entertaining friendship with them first, and romance quite a bit later.
I was as shy as any guy you ever met, but over time I got to where I could talk effortlessly to about 98% of them (and they liked it). The only ones I couldn't talk to, were the ones where I didn't put friendship first, but romance instead. Putting romance first, just freezes you up, and probably the girl as well. I learned this too late however, as to why I had failures every now and then, and therefore I generally felt I couldn't talk to women, when the vast majority of the cases I had no problem whatsoever doing it (looking at failures instead of successes). I had to work a lot of jobs where I had to talk to a lot of girls, so talking to them non-romantically was easy. I later expanded my technique to ANY strangers I meet. Imagine, the complete freedom to talk to anybody, any time you please, and NOT resort to small talk. It's heaven I tell you.
Naturally, I don't talk to that many strangers altogether, but if something inspires me, like the ol' curiosity, I pretend somebody nearby (I usually like to pick women) has the answer, and then my technique takes over. Thirty years ago, I never would have thought I could be so easy going with people, and this isn't being an extrovert, because if I were, I would be going to parties and talking to people just to be the main man, and I never do that, just whether something strikes my mind, and I don't hesitate. Just a little almost secret, if you don't want to talk small talk, YOU take the initiative and talk to them first. This is because small talk is really a greeting, and whoever starts the talking, ends up carrying the greeting method. So whether your friend likes it or not, you can greet them any way you want (I tend to like "Excuse me") and this will obliterate the stupid small talk, at least the greeting portion. Also, I think when you go with conversation where we always go, facts, etc, you're also steering them into that sort of conversation. It's so lovely to know this.

so yeah, there's this school for Sigmas, the Sigma Academy, only for vetted individuals, we turn betas and semi-sigmas into full fledged sigmas, ain't always easy but someone's gotta do it. It's an online course, basically, though personal coaching is available later, the course is not what you'd call cheap, either, but you can't put a price on being a sigma.

I don't think sigmas love themselves, I think a better wording is they accept themselves with the flaws and strong points.

Good to hear. I discovered last day of high school, I could talk to the most beautiful girl, if all I did was talk to them like a friend. This is kind of odd, of course, because I'm referring to women you never talked to before. In that girl's case, she was the best looking one in the entire school AFAIC, but mysteriously enough, we were both called on the intercom as our class was going on, to come to the principal's office. The journey took five minutes, and we talked as if we were the best of friends. The weird thing, is that with that demeanor, of sort of pretending they're your friend, it suggests a bit of a familiarity that isn't there, and yet, people just gobble it up and nobody's ever told me I was fresh doing it. I'm not romantic while I do it, of course, but especially women just love it. I think what it conveys, part of it anyway, is that you're a likeable person, or more likely, that you like them. I'm definitely not the friendly extrovert type (sigma) but that sort of technique shades in that direction.

Why do people say “sigmas” isn’t a real thing. There is no scientific data for these claims. The more and more I dive in and do deep research on the “made up sigma male” the more it describes me to a T. I don’t even wanna be it. It’s literally just who I am. The more I learn about it the more I just smile and say yep. And have more strong sense of knowing myself.

my problem with women trying to date or be in a relationship with me always have a couple of kids from different dads. total turn off. you can't do anything fun with them because of their obligation. recently this woman asked me out on a date. okay. that's cool. she thought we're just gonna go out to eat, to a movie and probably come back to my place and shag. boring! instead, i got 2 tickets to Social Distortion, one of my favorite band and the last minute, she can't go because she have kids. i just said to her, well, good luck and gave the extra ticket to a buddy who actually drove 4 hours to meet up with me at the show. i ghosted her for wasting my time. harsh but it's reality. like a little green Jedi master once said to Luke, "do or do not but there is no try."
