I love how Andreea its just down to earth. For example she will not rave about product ‘oh, it just great the best product ever’ but she will explain. The best way its to apply it with finger, or you will like this product if you have oily but not dry skin etc... Its just what I need because not all great products are great for everyone. And it saves a loooot of money😀

Very flattering. I use those 2 eye colors almost every day. The problem with the eyeliner is the cateye look. If you wear a thin black line stopping at the end of your lashes, it won't steal the look. Love you, Andrea! 😘❤️

I have always used brown eyeliner, black is just too stark. You do a marvelous job with your makeup. You're so pretty!

Andrea I have a question do you recommend a concealer the same color of the foundation, lighter, or darker?
It’s really a matter of preference but let me explain.
1. Lighter concealer is bot necessarily tge best option as it could translate as gray, depending on the color of your dark corcles. You’d have to use a color corrector first and then a lighter concealer if you want thise lighter, brighter under eyes.
2. Darker - you would never wanna use a darker concealer under your eyes but I think you got confused by seing a lot of people using like an orannge shade first. But that is a corrector and I definitely do bot recommend something very pigmented ( very orange) as it’ll be harder to cover then with the actual concealer.
I wish there was an easy answer but the truth is all depends and since I haven’t seen you I gave you a general explination. Hope it helps. ❤️

I have watched almost all of your tutorials till now, and one thing I have noticed is that you never use color correctors in any of your tutorials, but only concealer. Such a beautiful look. Easy to do but stunning. Although; to save my life, I cannot and never have been able to do eyeliner, either liquid or pencil 😑. I often wondered why so many CZcamsrs put cream contour on before foundation. Now I know why. It looks so much more natural, and I will definitely be trying it that way. Btw. It's 1.29pm Sunday pm, and I still have my pj bottoms on...why not 😉!

Ali, could you help me? I have one eye that sits lower than the other, so much so that in pictures it's super obvious and when I wear eye make up. I've scoured the internet looking for tips to even this out but inevitably the videos are about the eye lid areas being crooked. Hooded eye lid, and so on. But looking at the inner corner of my eye by my nose, if you hold a straight edge level there's a 2-3 millimeter drop on my left. The whole eye is lower than the right. How would you advise application of make up to give the illusion that they are straight across from each other? I simply won't wear eye make up because of this. To bring out my eyes also brings out the unlevelness and makes me look like I had a stroke or something. (I haven't). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks so much for all you do here on CZcams. I've applied every piece of advice... but with the eye tutorials I feel so sad because I can't use them. Smiles and blessings...

At the beginning, I thought there is going to be three eyeshadow colors and that it is a black eyeliner.. 😆
I HAVE noticed that you don’t usually apply concealer to your eyelid and this is the first time I’ve noticed that you said you don’t like to but I’m really really curious why you don’t. Obviously it works well for you but I don’t think I could wear eyeshadow without some sort of base.
I used to be able to wear concealer on my eyelids but I guess with time skin changes and now every concealer kind dries my eyelids.
@@AliAndreea Have you tried "Shadow Insurance - 24+ hour Anti-crease shadow primer" by Too Faced? I was having the same problem with eye primers (that had concealer effect) until a sales rep at Sephora recommended this one. It's shear, lightweight, colorless, somehow 'hydrating', and allows shadows to glide on effortlessly while staying true to color. It is absolutely crease-proof and lasts all day/all night. It was intended for more mature (drier?) skin types. A little goes a long way and the 0.35 oz./11g tube lasts a long time. Have been watching your CZcams vids for almost two years now (am subscribed), and am addicted!!! Not only are you the most professional with demonstration, your productions are high quality in substance and presentation. You are absolutely beautiful, inside and out; and your sense of humor is infectious! I always watch 'til the very end so as not to miss the out-takes...hilarious!! Please keep up your wonderful work, and never abandon this aspect of your uniqueness. In addition to your professionalism, it's this embraceable quirkiness that sets you apart from the crowd! (Kinda like Wayne Goss's wink.) P.S. I rarely take the time to make comments on anything anymore, but for you I've made an exception.

Art of make up is great but I do not like this color of eyeshadow .. its some kind of "sick yellow brown" and all effect is like 'little bit sad' .. but you did great job ✨

Right. 16 years ago when I was applying makeup for TV and was using Kryolan this is exactly how we’d do makeup. No one invented the wheel.
That style of application goes back to Way Bandy even. It's been here long before youtube and instagram makeup looks.
Ali Andreea yeah but scott barnes is well known for it and its called the scott barnes technique, should've given him some credit for it. Btw you usually do not do this technique you've obviously been watching scott barnes lol.
