Bogor so many delicious food there, history for me about soto.
My father loyal customer of a soto seller near terminal baranang siang bogor, His name Soto Pak Rahmat around 2000. and now he has passed away and there are no next generation.

Bukan sarapan kalau makan tauge goreng. Sampai makan siang udah mantap perut.
Di Indonesia ada sekitar 30 lebih jenis Soto. Dan semuanya sangat enak dan sangat otentik khas daerah masing-masing.
Bogor? Jangan lupa nyobain Asinan Bogor. Sama tetapi berbeda, dengan Asinan Betawi. Bedanya kalau Asinan Betawi kuahnya dari campuran kacang, jadi rasanya lebih gurih, manis dan tebal. Sedangkan Asinan Bogor kuahnya dari campuran cabe, jadi rasanya pedas asin segar.
