Hi all. I’ve been working in property for around a month now in the teeside area, and managed to find 2 off market portfolios purely by going in and talking to the estate agents. So much better for them to put a face on a investor. We also visit the branches in person after a deal just to say thanks and sometimes leave them a cheap bottle of fizz. All goes a very long way on building relationships.

@@michaelgbonda4234 He just told you, he speaks to estate agents i.e. he will say to an estate agent, "If something comes up with x criteria, let me know before it hits the market" - If the estate agent can save time and money by showing you first, they will.

Good video. How do you actually find the owners number though. You said go on land registry to find the owners name but that doesnt have the owners number

Hi Samuel, thanks for all the informative video. Can I ask that for those council that has went bankrupt like Slough and Croydon, will there be any impact on the people living there? Will the property price have any impact? Is it not advisable to get the property there?

I work at the train station in croydon, they bumped up their tax quiet a bit that what i have heard from the locals some regulars through the station, few of them said they are moving out of the area because of it. the council is even selling a hotel they owned that opposite the crown court there. The homeless numbers on the street high, few gangs hang around, hear trouble enough times in a year, shopping centre most shops inside closed down. Not a promising place at the moment best to keep an eye out, never know a gem or two may show up.
