  • In this video I'm speaking 10 languages. Of course, I don't pretend to speak all of them perfectly, but it's my try.
Also, I'm going to make another video where I'll describe HOW I learnt all these languages. I hope it'll be interesting and useful for you!

Well, she actually didn’t have a very good Italianaccent, and made some mistakes. You didn’t notice it because you dont speak these languages, but if you were a native, or at least a fluent speaker, you would spot her little mistakes, when she says she doesn t speak that well, she probably means she couldn t pass for a native

You are very good at those languages ... among these my Arabic and Romanian are at low levels but I could still follow you in Romanian well enough. • @APolyglotDiary
      @APolyglotDiary  Před 5 lety +1

Thank you! Today there's no strict definition of a hyperpolyglot, but many stick to the number 10 and more. So, I cannot answer your question. Definitely, there should be another term for those who speak 20 or 30 languages. At the same time, even for those who speak 20 and those who speak 30 we cannot use the same word. 10 languages is a big difference. So, it's a philosophical question for now.

      Bonjour!

Your Spanish is good and your accent is quite neutral, it's not possible to say where are you from. That means you speak well. Your Catalan and Your Italian need more improvement ;-), but they are passable. You already learnt the hard italian double consonants sound, which are a real headache for most foreigners, so you are on the right path ! For your Catalan, I reccomend you to listen more carefully how Catalans pronounce the L, it's quite a unique sound, similar to the Ferrara dialect L sound in Italy.. The tongue should go almost into your throat to resemble that L sound (very Catalan).

Impresionant que parlis català. Soc Catala i parlo 4 lleungues i n'estic aprenent 2 més a veure si t'atrapo algun dia tot i que dubto.
