  • KILAWIN PUSO NG SAGING is a Filipino vegetable dish. It is made of banana heart which is simmered in shrimp broth and vinegar. This dish is best choice as well to be served during Holy week for those who are fasting. It is very healthy and easy to follow recipe.

    Now I know kung paano alisin ang pakla NG sa puso NG staging, dipping it into a mixture of vinegar and salt, then squeeze tightly. Sarap naman po NG kinilaw. Thanks Foodnatics.

    Hi Kuya FOODNATICS! Masarap ito. Natikman ko ito around 5 years ago at nag tumbling po ako. Ang husay po ng knife skills ninyo at tunay po kayong hari ng kudina kc laging matalas ang inyong knife! This morning, I went to the market para bilin ang ingredients to make this recipe. Grabe po ang presyo ng mahahaba at payatot na puso ng sahing kesa dun sa matataba at punggok na puso ng saging. Ano po ba ang difference? Pwede ko po bang gamiting ang matataba at punggok na puso ng saging sa recipe na ito? Thanks po! Meron na po ba kayong nagawang dinuguan vid?       normally ung puti na mahaba panggulay sa sinigang poh tapos ung ginamit ko na red na puso ng saging pang kilawin po gaya ng recipe na ito., tnx btw GBU poh :)) ps. meron po dinuguan recipo pakicheck :)) tnx..

      Meron pong pusong saging na di kinakain kase po mapait po talaga siya, halos hawig hawig ang puso ng saging,huwag po kayong bibili ng violet ang kulay. Piliin po yung pusong saging na pahaba at berde ang kulay
