Great video.. Thanks for doing this. Got everything there. Wildlife, drama, suspense, intrigue & danger ( lots of danger ! ). Don't need to wait for Mission Impossible 7.0 anymore!. Looks like changing slip rings might be a regular maintenance thing though. Look forward to seeing it back up. That's a great looking tower.

As a fellow Heli 4.0 owner, I can't wait to see how you get on with your newest purchase.

If that was me, I would have gotten to the top and realized I forgot the wire cutters. Then after I climbed down I'd realize they were in my pocket the entire time

It is a very impressive tower. Judged by the ladder-on-leg it looks like an old Aermotor windmill tower. Those are very solid towers. Only have a look at the size of angle iron used for the legs and compare it to today's windmill towers to get an idea of how superior it is. What is the height? I guess 50 ft.

You need a tiltup tower, safer and faster to get wind generator running again

All my other towers tilt up. I thought this one would be a great idea when I put it up lol

@@ToysforWatts I only got one wind generator up, its a tilt tower with a winch to put it up or down. Only takes a few minutes to check for problems. Keep up that great work you do. I enjoy watching and can't wait to see the heli 4.0 running.
