    Oh my god I'm just 14 days post op and was feeling the pain with every bend in the knee he made in that vid, just from watching! I will try this though, it looks like a great exercise. Thanks for posting this very helpful.

    I was thinking to go for CPM, but now I'm doing this at home. painful, but getting good result. Gravity helps a lot. thank you physiotherapist.

    I cannot kick my knee forward. I had a growth in my kneecap that had to be drilled out and removed a year ago. I just got an X-ray and it shows the bone is all grown back in. Now it is time to push myself a little harder knowing my kneecap cannot break now. Going to try this! Thanks for making this video!

    My left knee doesn't work either , now what ? Knee replacement can't go that much down take weeks

    👌🌹將雙足高置牆面(不必全伸直) , 以足跟順勢滑牆而降, 作增加膝彎曲角度的復健運動。
    🌹以右下肢為患側演示
    :患肢先降下到近90度, 待在該位置一會兒。
    🌹移好側足踝背面至患側足跟下, 承接著足跟的重量後,再一起緩緩滑牆續降。

    I need to do this I just got knee surgery last Tuesday and need physical therapy and its hard to bend my leg with extreme pain

      +Angel of Darkness 16 I broke my growth plate and so I was in a cast so I can't bend it all the way but the therapy helped it wasn't painful just stiff

    nice exercie,just the nurse seems annoying
