Neme That speech gives me a headache. You can have a life of adventure and still have stability. *sigh* I want to backhand each of the morons involved in this. Barbra used to be cool, now she's on the cat lady tract.
Neme I certainly prefered Babs as Oracle. She was awesome, neat skillset, interesting with a touch of tragedy. Hell, in Arkham Knight she was my favorite partner. I loved that fight. Cassandra is the best Batgirl, I will agree, but Babs as Oracle was the sweet stuff.
Yor Happy you're still here. Personally some of my greatest adventures have been because I had stability. I went to Alaska and drank water from a glacier. Mind you it was far enough from the iceberg not to turn me into one. And a few other things from the safety of stability as a good power base.
I'm the seventh of nine children. I can attest to the efficacy of Father and Mother raising babies together for decades. It works and should be celebrated instead of maligned.
I'll open a pant shop and call it "The Pant Shop for Everyone". But I will only sell pants for one-legged people because I don't wanna discriminate. At the end of the year I will complain, that I only sold 3 pants this year.
in reality , the wife would more than likely would hit batgirl with the guitar ( trust me I made the mistake in getting into the middle of a domestic dispute on two occasions)
There’s a new teen titans comic that has the husband holding a gun to his wife and kids and Nightwing doesn’t just beat him .. he talks him out of it .. he reminds him that he should love his family and to get help .. Reminded him he was human .
Great twist would have been the guy dying on the steps of the police station, then batgirl has to deal with the investigation and try to protect the woman from being arrested...
Normally a self-defense plea wouldn't work, but this is a female perp we are talking about. Recent cases include a woman, on camera trying to slit a police officer's throat while he was at his desk doing paper work and she was found "not guilty". Or my favorite; a woman was cleared of murdering her boyfriend because a previous boyfriend was abusive. The current boyfriend of over a year was not abusive, but they were breaking up. The woman had gotten into a fight with another woman that she and her boyfriend were visiting so she walked back to her apartment, (same building but still) picked up a knife, then came back to the other woman's apartment and repeatedly stabs her boyfriend to death. She was found "not guilty" because of her supposed mental state due to being in a previously abusive relationship.
I don't hope that Mark's career be doomed, I just hope he realizes the error of his ways and others start to see it to. His behavior and ideologies are ridiculous and it's about time the community said enough is enough with these people.
Well, of course Barbara likes men. She dated and married Dick for crying out loud. And they still flirt with one another. It would be unusual to have her like anything else... which is a trend I keep seeing in comics lately and I'm getting sick of it.
he's kinda missing the point.....again. her kissing a guy because it's a guy isn't the big deal. it's a guy she barely knows doesn't trust and she's doing something impulsive which isn't her. he pulled this title and the point of this video out of his ass. he basically clickbaited.
Yeah he does this a lot, and by a lot I mean every. single. video, just look at his review where he hates on Wolverine #35, it can't just say the comic is bad, no no no, it HAS to be bad because it has a female lead and is therefor SJW
brushfyr OH NO! I purposely act uncool all the time (mostly to embarrass my husband or little bro). Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo... .... ... I need to rethink my life choices.
I have been thinking that Barbara is the only member of the Bat familly that seems to not be allowed to really "grow up." I mean Dick became Nightwing, Jason became Red Hood, Tim became Red Robin, Stephanie became Spoiler later Batgirl, Cass Cain became Batgirl and later moved to be BlackBat. But Barbara? She became Oracle and later returned to be Batgirl! In the new 52 it has sense because Stephanie and Cass were no longer part of the main continuity. But now in Rebirth the two girls are back and also they were revealed that both used to be Batgirl before the Flashpoint event. Cass and Stephanie are going to move from their current roles as Orphan and Spoiler Im sure of it, but Barbara? She seems that at this rate is never going to leave the Batgirl mantle EVER!!!
The guy completely missed the point of the kiss. She is making out with a guy who she doesn't trust or like. She is acting impulsively to get herself out of the dream works she is in. He doesn't even understand the plot. If you read it thoroughly you would understand.
Thundering Dumb Ass I liked her add New 52 Batgirl. She was basically Oracle and Batgirl all in one. It was good, then Burnside Batgirl happened and I entered a period of mourning.
This comic could've been saved if they just added an EL KABONG sound effect when the guy got hit with a guitar, then cut to the next DC / Hanna Barbara crossover ad.
if I was writing Batgirl(even though I don't know shit about writing) i would make a more early days beginner hero model as in a bat girl who actually STRUGGLES constantly to keep up with the crime of the city and has to always nurse injuries from previous near-death fights due to not having enough experience or proper training, then over time with many many many times of getting her ass handed to her in half her fights against villains Batman bearly has trouble with she starts to adapt to it and emulate how Bruce would approach fighting these villains and by the end of the story fully EARN the title as a member of the Bat-family. thats how id do it if i was starting a bat girl comic
EVIDENCE?! YOU THINK YOU NEED EVIDENCE AGAINST MEN, YOU SHITLORD?! REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!
Probably somewhere off Broadway in a relationship with Snagglepuss. www.dccomics.com/comics/exit-stage-left-the-snagglepuss-chronicles-2018/exit-stage-left-the-snagglepuss-chronicles-1
I actually do know that song (Hong Kong Phooey) but you won't know my age from that alone. I watched it on Boomerang during the 00s. Funny show, the cat was the real hero.
They used to show Hong Kong Phooey on Cartoon Network in the 90's, back when they used to air all the old Hanna Barbara cartoons. I know Hong Kong Phooey, Jabber Jaw, etc even though I'm a millennial.
Great review. I thought the pain over losing Oracle to hipster Babs would one day subside, but these issues are just salt in the wound every time. Even in Detective Comics, which has been quite good otherwise, features an almost halo around Batgirl when she guest stars to bestow wisdom and advice on even Batman himself.
She really is an awful little blight right now. I'm writing out my own video just on the loss of her true character and what it's done to the mythology.
Let me just tell you from experience, he speaks the truth... back in my younger years I inserted myself into a lover's quarrel in a bar, do you know what I got for my troubles? A glass smashed against the back of my head by the woman and victim after the man tried to work me over same as he did her.
Zack, I saw all those Hanna-Barbera shows, and specifically remember the Hong Kong Phooey song. I'm way younger than you. Saw re-runs in Cartoon Network.
Also, Joss Whedon, hyper-Lefty JERK. Doesn't change the fact that his stuff is AWESOME...or at least used to be, up to Avengers Age of Ultron and Justice League. #ReleaseTheSnyderCut
Zack. Actually you couldn’t tell my age. I watched Hong Kong. In cable syndicated 1990s. Afternoons. Right after. Flinstone kids. What the hell were they smoking back then.
I was watching it when it originally aired in 1974 on saturday morning. It was actually an improvement over much of the other stuff in that era. Several years prior, the government had basically enforced a ban on action and even mild violence in new cartoons. Anything that was close to a superhero had to be done either as a joke (Hong Kong Phooey") or feature the superheros fighting abstract concepts like pollution or greed. Part of the reason for the popularity of Star Wars (A new hope) was that it ended what was kind of a dark age and brought back heroes & action/adventure into popular culture.
The cat freaking the hell out is the only thing that made sense. Walking along and then hearing something crash next to you would surprise me when it's unexpected.
Not a fan of it. For what whey did to Barbara Gordon. They turned her into a coward, scared of being a superhero. Because real cripples, like me, do NOT want to be crippled. If someone (like Batman) were going to give me a chance to walk properly again, I'd sell them my first born child. But not Babs. Nope, she whines and when given the chance to walk again, she gives a weak, whiny self-pitying response. Still, if they wanted Oracle to exist, they could have just made her allergic to invasive surgeries, and boom, done. But nope, whiny excuse. It was meant to be a Elseworld's comic. And Jason Todd got the worst of it. Even if he had survived, he'd be out of the superhero game simply due to the brutal beating he got.
Slitheringpeanut I would argue that she actually become stronger because she didn't let herself stay a victim. She's great as Oracle. People keep bitching about her being victimized even though Gordon was as well. Plus.....the Joker is a bad guy. He would do that. He took her clothing off to make Gordon go mad.
Look, in a superhero world, she could have done MORE good as Batgirl, than hiding behind a PC. Here's the thing, if she wanted to retire, because she didn't feel comfortable being Batgirl due to the fear of being crippled, I'd lose a bit of respect for the character, but that would have been HONEST. Instead, she gives a whiny excuse about how cops don't get the option, why should she? That's a load o' crap. I know cops who would go right back onto the force, even though they're getting up there, if they could walk again. Also know Firemen who would as well.
The most bizarre thing is how she's smiling at the end after beating the guy over the head with a guitar, when in reality she'd probably be horrified and screaming, essentially traumatized, as would her kids, after beating the man she loved over the head. Most probably, they were be scarred for life over this and the woman's dependency issues that got her involved with such a man in the first place wouldn't go away. It would be boring, but if you're going to preach about how to help abused woman you'd have a follow up scene where you got her help and fixed whatever psychological issue made her get with him in the first place. This is just disturbing that it's all "happy" at the end when in reality I imagine her and her kids would be horrified to use violence, especially against their dad. I don't see that as being normal human emotion, it's just weird.
It is very good. They do do the obvious pair ups with characters, like the Watchmen meets their DC equivalent and all that but if that doesn't bother you there's a lot of good stuff in it and it's very interesting so far, just hasn't paid off at all yet.
QUICKER THAN A HUMAN EYE! HES GOT STYLE OF A MOVIE STAR AND CHARM THAT JUST WON'T STOP, WHEN GOING GET RUFF HE'S SUPER TOUGH WITH A HONG KONG PHUY CHOP!
The irony of the speech where Babs says "I want to be able to change" in a western cape comic book universe is pretty sad. She changed when she became Oracle, and that was a positive change. But now she's back to being Batgirl, and the only change she's made is being unreadable.
We shouldn't seek out comfort and stability! We should only seek out change! ... To a path which will create comfort and stability! Or something. .... aaaaaaaaand selfie time! ~This book
You know what happens when a super hero dumps someone in front of the police station...who doesn't have a warrant? They untie him and assume HE's the victim of a crime! ...Which he is!
In that panel where she dropped the goon off at the police station, she had a coffee in her hand. Did she, in full costume with some ruffian tied up and slung over her shoulder, stop by a Starbucks on the way to the police station?
It's just one of those books that sell around 15,000 and never get cancelled. It's really telling when Batgirl has more personality in her cameos in other books than in her own book. By the way, when she appears in Nightwing you can really tell how bad things are for her. You can see Nightwing being sexy as hell in his costume, and then she has to stand next to him in her silly anti male gaze pajamas.
Hawng-Kawng Phooey, numbah one supah guy, Hawng-Kawng Phooey, quicker than the human eye! He's got style, a grooovey style, and a car that just won't stop, ha! When the going gets tough, he's super-tough, with a hong-kong-phooey chop! Seriously tho... >.> Your age-dating powers will be thrown off, because they ran that ALOT in the early 90s on cartoon network as well. :) And speaking of age? Not going to at least make an 'El Ka-bong' joke when she hits him poorly with the poorly-drawn guitar? Tho, the way it is done... feels like they're trying for the joke... or at least a baba-looey comment :)
11:10 Batgirl sitting on a roof not wanting credit for turning in a guy that "had a warent?". And I'm sure she will be pissed she got no credit for turning him in, in future issues.
I did the same thing with Lost Boys. I never watched it as a kid, but I watched it last week for the first time. It's great. The 80's were just magical, dude. Also, the best part of that comic was the Hawkman ad. I'm so jacked for that Venditti/Hitch Hawkman book! Ya Boi!
If Poison Ivy dated someone, it would have to be the Bumblebee man from Simpsons. The man will report being assaulted by a burglar and his wife beating him in front of their children. I wonder if he'll get the custody, because we know how that usually goes.
These things are good: ice cream and cake, a ride on a harley, seeing monkeys in the trees, the rain on my tongue, and the sun shining on my face. These things are a drag: dust in my hair, holes in my shoes, no money in my pocket, and the sun shining on my face.
Small note- so she slams the guitar in to the husband's head with the strings facing down.... then look at the guitar once she's hit him with it. She hit him so hard that it flipped upside down due to the force of the blow, during the blow? Cool*
If Gotham is still just another name for "New York City", there IS a "Burnside", but it's the Burnside Avenue section of the Bronx...which could use a Batman, Batgirl, BatHound, the whole Bat-family, really.
These aren't storylines, these are soothing mantras for their mental breakdowns. They trying to get as many idiots as possible on their crazy train so the ride wasn't as lonely but they don't realize that loneliness is the destination
Man, the hair style of shaved on the sides with hair on top has always baffled me. It never looked good and it never will. Also, DC why? Why must you be like Marvel?
The "writer" has damaged Barbara worse than the Joker ever did!😨
It makes me weep. :(
i laughed......but then i cried X(
LegendOfLegends19100
Joker: hey I only fuck people up when it's funny.
To be fair, I think many people would rather be shot, tortured, and paralyzed from the waist down than be turned into a SJW mascot.
"Nobody wants stability!" spoken like someone who's NEVER struggled a single day in their lives.
Neme That speech gives me a headache. You can have a life of adventure and still have stability. *sigh* I want to backhand each of the morons involved in this. Barbra used to be cool, now she's on the cat lady tract.
David Roberson when it comes to Batgirl the best in my book was Cassandra Cain
Neme I certainly prefered Babs as Oracle. She was awesome, neat skillset, interesting with a touch of tragedy. Hell, in Arkham Knight she was my favorite partner. I loved that fight. Cassandra is the best Batgirl, I will agree, but Babs as Oracle was the sweet stuff.
I use to not have stability, the only adventure I went on was attempted suicide.
Casimir1100 I can't agreed more!!!
Casimir1100 Amazing, I'm at 18 years with my wife and 6 kids. I agree with you.
Septdenov 7of9 Amen!
I guess heterosexuality is a superpower now considering how rare it is in comics now
she's always been straight though.....
elijah potts heterosexuality is not rare among superheroes.
Snap back to reality, oh there goes gravity, oh there goes straight sexuality, mom's spaghetti.
I'll open a pant shop and call it "The Pant Shop for Everyone". But I will only sell pants for one-legged people because I don't wanna discriminate. At the end of the year I will complain, that I only sold 3 pants this year.
Be sure to rail on everyone for being so close-minded as to refuse to buy two one-legged pants at a time.
Genius!
Julian Rain interesting analogy. Comics aren't about the story and the readers anymore. It's about the AGENDA.
in reality , the wife would more than likely would hit batgirl with the guitar ( trust me I made the mistake in getting into the middle of a domestic dispute on two occasions)
When you're 20 and you're getting hyped about Hong Kong Phooey cause you're dad got you hooked on boomerang.
Jason Darkflame Same
Pfff boomerage. I watched that before that channel existed.
Facts
There’s a new teen titans comic that has the husband holding a gun to his wife and kids and Nightwing doesn’t just beat him .. he talks him out of it .. he reminds him that he should love his family and to get help ..
Reminded him he was human .
Isaiah Garraway it’s an 80s comic.. it just shows you how different hero’s are .. now it’s all about dehumanizing people who don’t agree with them
Great twist would have been the guy dying on the steps of the police station, then batgirl has to deal with the investigation and try to protect the woman from being arrested...

Jack Daw She's a woman, they'd probably just let her go anyway.
Basically if Alan Moore wrote a Batgirl comic...
I don't hope that Mark's career be doomed, I just hope he realizes the error of his ways and others start to see it to. His behavior and ideologies are ridiculous and it's about time the community said enough is enough with these people.
Heterosexuality... like... that's totally 'The Nazis.'
:3
Liking just on your profile pic alone.
That cat smile made my day.
Isnt kissing a guy breaking the sjw code? She will have to suffer a 2 week twitter ban & have to beg for forgiveness.
bill johnson- the guy was asian...still non white
bill johnson Buzz off, stormy.
Yeah he does this a lot, and by a lot I mean every. single. video, just look at his review where he hates on Wolverine #35, it can't just say the comic is bad, no no no, it HAS to be bad because it has a female lead and is therefor SJW
comics are for fucking losers
Andre Ayton It really did suck though.
Andre Ayton you didn't pay attention at the trash dialogue right?
Zach, why you gotta hate on me? I'm a cool aunt AND I've been to Machu Picchu!
Kyra B Generic question I know, but how was it?
Maniacman2030 it was interesting. Huana Picchu was terrifying though, but mostly because I'm scared of heights. But I climbed it anyway.
brushfyr OH NO! I purposely act uncool all the time (mostly to embarrass my husband or little bro). Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo...
....
...
I need to rethink my life choices.
Don't worry, he makes fun of us (me) childless weirdos all the time. No one can escape the Zack Attack.
Well, here's the real question: are you a feminist lesbian?
The 9 people who disliked this video, actually like this book
Yellow Flash 9 people liked the book? 8 more than I'd guess
It's up to 33 😱😂
The guy completely missed the point of the kiss. She is making out with a guy who she doesn't trust or like. She is acting impulsively to get herself out of the dream works she is in. He doesn't even understand the plot. If you read it thoroughly you would understand.
Barbara Gordon should always be Oracle.
Thundering Dumb Ass I liked her add New 52 Batgirl. She was basically Oracle and Batgirl all in one. It was good, then Burnside Batgirl happened and I entered a period of mourning.
heh
#ParalyzeTheBitchAgain
Oh Barb... and I thought Gail SImone did a number on you.
This comic could've been saved if they just added an EL KABONG sound effect when the guy got hit with a guitar, then cut to the next DC / Hanna Barbara crossover ad.
😂
Probably would be a more dignified end to Larson's run.
if I was writing Batgirl(even though I don't know shit about writing) i would make a more early days beginner hero model
as in a bat girl who actually STRUGGLES constantly to keep up with the crime of the city and has to always nurse injuries from previous near-death fights due to not having enough experience or proper training, then over time with many many many times of getting her ass handed to her in half her fights against villains Batman bearly has trouble with she starts to adapt to it and emulate how Bruce would approach fighting these villains and by the end of the story fully EARN the title as a member of the Bat-family.
thats how id do it if i was starting a bat girl comic
The Big G that's how superheroes like spidey started...but they don't like that they want their characters to be perfect...
@@talkingcontroller9396 But Barbara's been fighting crime for years at this point
My favorite thing is that the cops are probably just going to let that guy go because all they know is that he's just some dude tied up on their steps
EVIDENCE?!
YOU THINK YOU NEED EVIDENCE AGAINST MEN, YOU SHITLORD?!
REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!
Not necessarily, but it would be nice to at least have a charge. Just being male isn't illegal (yet).
The cool aunt always dies of lung cancer and alone for smoking too much, doing too much alcohol and for divorsing far too many times..
🎶 Hong Kong Phooey, quicker than the human eye! 🎶
First thing I'd hear after my morning alarm clock as a kid. 90s Cartoon Network before Boomerang.
Vincent Del Vecchio Speaking of which, you pick up the comic with Black Lightning?
The aughts. The 00s decade is called the aughts.
Side note: That blonde dame on the page with Plastic Man (2:20) is just...WOW!
Like Batgirl, the writer is trapped in her own mind but the unenviable alternative is to be out of it.
Heterosexuality is NEVER the answer! 😆😆😆
OMG! Hong Kong Phoey! number one super guy! ( wheres the cat?)
Probably somewhere off Broadway in a relationship with Snagglepuss.

Same
I'm 17 but I know the song because boomerang used to play it during commercials. They never showed the actual show though.
That dialogue is horrible.
'antithetical'
i bet their so proud of themselves using big words like that.
Hachet Duck *they're
Did you assume his typo??????
Scatman Crothers did Honk Kong Phooey's voice. I loved that dude growing up.
*I WAS MERELY PRETENDING TO BE STRAIGHT, HAH*
Nope wmv *MERELY PRETENDING*
This trash fire is still going!?
Shocking right?
Should be banned.
Also in this run, there is like no one left that she hasn't told that she's Batgirl. It's the worst kept secret on the planet.
Yeah, it's like one of Arrow's writers took over the book.
Great review. I thought the pain over losing Oracle to hipster Babs would one day subside, but these issues are just salt in the wound every time. Lost boys is a good ass movie. Now back to this confusing comic
Why don't you review some comics from the early 1980s? The quality of writing and drawing are way higher than anything sold today.
Let me just tell you from experience, he speaks the truth... back in my younger years I inserted myself into a lover's quarrel in a bar, do you know what I got for my troubles? Wow it was a white dude what a surprise.
the guy is asian actually...
10:52 So did she just casually buy a Starbucks coffee dressed as Batgirl?
The only proper way for a member of the Bat-Family to buy coffee in uniform is with great intensity.

Nothing better than a long day at a con followed up with some D&C videos
Zack, I saw all those Hanna-Barbera shows, and specifically remember the Hong Kong Phooey song. I'm way younger than you. Saw re-runs in Cartoon Network.
That means that your even younger than me. The Big O is one of my favorite shows, nice catch there.
Yeah, they’d played the old cartoons in the 90s. Grew up watching them.
"You gotta separate the art from the artist"...AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!
InTheseGoingsDown To be fair, you often kinda DO. Roman Polanski is a complete scumbag. Doesn't change the fact that his movies are AWESOME.

Zack. Actually you couldn’t tell my age. I watched Hong Kong. In cable syndicated 1990s. Afternoons. Right after. Flinstone kids. What the hell were they smoking back then.

The heterosexuality titles always crack me up.

On another note, Doomsday Clock Issue 5 comes out next week! Just bought the first four issues today. Amazing!
Gaspar Tiznado Is it the best on the market these days?
Akwida I'd have to read Jawbreakers first to determine, but so far, yeah, it's great. Better than the shit Marvel serves right now.
Gaspar Tiznado Thx, man. I'll recon an issue.
Akwida No problem. Try not to watch D&C's videos on the series until after you read them. It helps you appreciate them more.
Thanks to my laugh-out-loud moment when you mentioned the Hong Kong Phooey comic, I am now the proud owner of it. Phan-riffic!
Zack, wait. Don’t eat rice while watching Lost Boys. Oh, well, I guess he’s gone.
Maggots, Michael. You're eating maggots. How do they taste?
What Batgirl needs, above all, is: a better writer, a better costume, and more mature stories.
Haha, this title made me lol.
This title made me furious
In that panel where she dropped the goon off at the police station, she had a coffee in her hand. Did she, in full costume with some ruffian tied up and slung over her shoulder, stop by a Starbucks on the way to the police station?
I don't think a guitar would even knock someone out. The back is like 3mm thick. Iron Sights, woot!
Hawng-Kawng Phooey, numbah one supah guy,
Hawng-Kawng Phooey, quicker than the human eye!
And speaking of age? Not going to at least make an 'El Ka-bong' joke when she hits him poorly with the poorly-drawn guitar? Tho, the way it is done... feels like they're trying for the joke... or at least a baba-looey comment :)
First time I want the bad guy to sue Batgirl for assault and damage and sue the city for not arresting her
Got woke?
Go broke.
Are men obsolete? In the Batgirl universe, yes.
i'm too young to to have watched the show, when it originally aired, but Hong Kong Phooey was one of my favorite shows on Boomerang :)
11:10 Batgirl sitting on a roof not wanting credit for turning in a guy that "had a warent?". And I'm sure she will be pissed she got no credit for turning him in, in future issues.
Did anyone else notice the guitar in the first panel is strings down, but strings up when it hits the guy?
I did the same thing with Lost Boys. I never watched it as a kid, but I watched it last week for the first time. It's great. The 80's were just magical, dude.
Also, the best part of that comic was the Hawkman ad. I'm so jacked for that Venditti/Hitch Hawkman book! Ya Boi!
Earlier in the book she says "I don't want endless possibilities" and at the end she says, "I have endless possibilities." Yuk!
Thought you would say that "this is the one where the Penguin slides into your DMs"
2000-2009 are sometimes called the "Noughties."
"Maggots, Michael... You're eating maggots."
That must be one slooow sidekick if she could deliver that speech while throwing it. Someone needs to give her a Hong Kong book of kung fu.
If Poison Ivy dated someone, it would have to be the Bumblebee man from Simpsons.
The man will report being assaulted by a burglar and his wife beating him in front of their children. I wonder if he'll get the custody, because we know how that usually goes.
"I'm ready to roast the shit out of this" Hell, I can't think of better words to live by. Hail from a fellow vet!
These things are good: ice cream and cake, a ride on a harley, seeing
monkeys in the trees, the rain on my tongue, and the sun shining on my
face. These things are a drag: dust in my hair, holes in my shoes, no
money in my pocket, and the sun shining on my face.
I'm 19 and remember Hong Kong Phooey, there were reruns on Boomerang.
Also wait since when is Barbara Bi?
Small note- so she slams the guitar in to the husband's head with the strings facing down.... then look at the guitar once she's hit him with it.
She hit him so hard that it flipped upside down due to the force of the blow, during the blow? Cool*
If Gotham is still just another name for "New York City", there IS a "Burnside", but it's the Burnside Avenue section of the Bronx...which could use a Batman, Batgirl, BatHound, the whole Bat-family, really.
Heterosexuality is never the ans... Oh! nvm 😂
These aren't storylines, these are soothing mantras for their mental breakdowns. They trying to get as many idiots as possible on their crazy train so the ride wasn't as lonely but they don't realize that loneliness is the destination
Hong Kong phooey was my childhood on boomerang next to justice league
I just saw "The Last Boys" for the first time this year, myself.
Batgirl's dream is a golf club away from predicting the Last of Us 2?
You should read the new 181 issue of detective comics, batman smiling is the creepiest thing i have ever seen
The cat is scared cus she just realized she is in a bad story.
CoffeeSingularity that poor cat.
Genuine LOL at "Families... they're all rape." Nailed it on the cool aunt meme.
Edit - had to add: second belly laugh at "abortion and a dog."
After this issue Barbara will beg for The killing joke to happen again
Man, the hair style of shaved on the sides with hair on top has always baffled me. It never looked good and it never will.
Also, DC why? Why must you be like Marvel?
Nephi Nelson I don't know, it looks alright on some women, but not many and it's almost always worn by a garbage human.
Awesome Aquaman and Jabberjaw are 2 of my favorites. Plus I do like Hong Kong Phooey too.
It's a dream! I can do anything I want. I'm just not that imaginative :(
I don't want to go down this path.
Don't forget the female Question and Huntress.
it was batwoman not huntress
Really? I seem to remember a story where the Question and the Huntress were dating. I must be wrong.
the original question (male) and huntress were dating in the justice league unlimited cartoon
Batgirl with cameo appearance by Splotto del Gotto
Lost Boys was best watched in the theatre. Sorry you missed out. Doors closing perfect.
