You always need to bargain in areas like this. Even the Nationals will bargain and their start price will be a lot lower than a tourist. Bargaining is part of most asian cultures and is expected. As long as the seller makes a bit of money and you get the deal your happy with it's a good deal.
Ken, in these markets you should always stick with half the price than they said, but if it will not work then add 100 Rs more then if not again 100 but not jump from 500 to 7-800😂
You should negotiate but be sure to add few extras afterwards wherever you feel like you get good people rather than giving beggars. That is the best way i think 😊

Dude I just visited this place today! Though as an Indian I can say the price was expensive as they increased it. Even after bargain it was costly. And some people were just not friendly, they didn't even sell to Indians.

They might ask you a Tourist price, 5 bucks more but bargaining is something that is very common around. They also like it if you do bargain. They might give you even cheaper with the smile in their face.
