She shines on White Lotus. Really precise but naturalistic performance. Very compelling to watch.
The writing of her character also really suits her performance style. White will have her give this really quietly intense monologues where she isn't actually saying anything literal, but totally communicates what she actually means through the expressions on her face and the tone of her voice. That scene with her in the finale is exactly what I'm talking about :o So good
@@looney1023 I actually had a debate with my wife about what she really meant in that monologue...both us disagreeing on how happy she actually is with her marriage situation. I thought her and Cameron were happier and more fulfilled than Harper and Ethan, even though they both chose to have their head in the sand. Everyone needs different things.
Precise is such a great word for her acting style. So much intelligence.

Very bizarre that there is no mention of "The Bold Type" Not only was Meghan Fahy excellent on it but it is an incredibly well made show with brilliant actors.

I was in the audience for her first Broadway performance of "Next to Normal" and I met her mother at intermission. She was bursting with pride, rightfully so. Love ❤️ her!

Daphne is one of, if not the, most surprising character in S2. Meghann slayed on that role, she got the subtlety and layers of the character very well
She was amazing on Law and Order SVU! One of my favourite episodes! Such a good actress.
It makes me sad no one cheered or reacted when Meghann said "Next to Normal"!! I was like, COME ON PEOPLE!! It's one of my fave musicals and that's so cool that she was Jenn Damiano's u/s and then replacement. Clearly not musical theater fans in the crowd lol but I love knowing this. I'm always so impressed with Broadway actors as they can pretty much do it all! Happy she's getting recognition now.
