Watching Michael tear round the track is by far the best, Thinking he left Benetton at his best to spend years bringing Ferrari back to the TOP, As Murray Walker said he could have won more championships at Benetton but chose to leave , The best drivers like to prove them selves and he did in spades, Keep fighting Michael we need to see you again .
I believe some also refered to it as the "Roman" nosed f310. Absolutely beautiful car. The lateral head protections (1996 regulation of FIA) of the monocoque add to this beauty. The rain in Spain made this car and Schumi legends!
The nose was changed to a "higher" one in Barcelona 1996 though. Love that car even it DNF all the time. 96 was the first season of F1 I watched as a teenager.
I am a culprit of this as well, but people forget that he had to help build Ferrari up from rock bottom to get to the top for those 5 consecutive seasons 00-04. People looking back sometimes think that Ferrari has been at the top forever. What he did that year in 96 was incredible, and he showed he could do it in an inferior car.
I remember him out qualifying Verstappen in the Benetton by a full second. He won 2 championships, with an inferior car And Ferrari hadn't won anything in 10 years before Shuey completely turned the team around. Once again I remember him qualifying a full second at times over his teammate (Berger). Senna had tried for years to drive the "unbeatable" Williams. And sadly that year was his death. But he had already lost 3 races to Shuhmacher.
In those days teams and drivers were able to improve their performance throughout the season with endless hours of testing. Schumacher and Ferrari were superb in that category. Just remember the '98 season; at the beginning McLaren was dominating but the reds could catch up and keep the championship undecided until the last race. In todays F1, you know after the first race who will be champion because of the limitations in testing. (last season, this season, '13, '11, '09 for example).
Ferrari made for a dramatic story by putting the best driver (ever) in the mediocre f310. Only Schumi could have made that car have 3 wins that season. He was the best of the best. The season was so great because Schumi had to fight an uphill battle; unlike the later seasons when the sport was boring because of Schumacher/Ferrari dominance. He is the greatest the sport has known.
the 96 ferrari was quite good in the rain though. when michael was still a benneton he stated once that the 95 ferrari was unbeatable in the rain, but rubbish in the dry. the 96 car was the same i guess.
People still forget how much a driver contributes to speed... this car would have had zero wins with any other driver on the grid driving it in 1996. Except possibly Monaco. That's why I rate Raikkonen so low... if a driver like Schumacher had been in the 2003 McLaren, 2005 McLaren, 2012 Lotus etc he would have walked the title. People think the 2000-2004 Ferraris were the best, and perhaps they were the best car, but only a little better. The extra 30 seconds over a race distance they had was pure Schumacher. Verstappen excites me like no driver since Schumacher though, ridiculous speed, ridiculous skill in the wet.. already think he is at least second best only to Schumacher, who knows from there. Vettel is nothing like Schumacher, doubt even Irvine would lose to him.
Yes! I also love to watch what Max is doing today. Pure skill, impressive! Would like to see him in that gorgeous 90s/2000s cars... And remember only in 2002 and 2004 Ferrari was dominant. EVERY other year Michael had to push really hard for the championship. Most people who don't like him absolutely forget about that.
Kimi lost the 2005 title by mechanical failures (i.e. the last lap suspension failure on Nürburgring, or the rear left tyre giving up after a supreme strategy in Monza), not by his speed. Also, he raced in 2003 with an upgraded, but outdated 2002 McLaren.
Schumacher wouldn't have walked the title in 2005, he would have probably lost in the same way as Kimi. The car let Kimi down as it was way too unreliable. Tamas, in 2003 the rule changes made it way closer than in previous years though (Schumi still won a lot of races, but his points gain was less against the competition) and the Ferrari wasn't dominant.
I just saw people with excellent knowledge, and by the intelligent, because it is so fact; however 1998 he could have won as well but coulthard was unfair in Spa and also in Japan he had bad lucky. Let's remember 1998 Ferrari was unbeatable the car was faster as hell no one could reach the Maclaren; they easily was 1 second faster than anyone else except Shumacher who did miracle; listen miracle because the car was every moment over limit, and he sometimes was faster than the Hakkinen wich had the fastest car in he struggling also with Maclaren to be faster lap over lap, because I do not have any idea what shumacher did to catch Maclaren up; but also seeing qualifying laps and the race, the the behavior's Ferrari car was eerie, I mean he pushed that car over, over, the car was doing things which the car was not able at all to do it, the car always was balancing, shaking, that Ferrari was a hero to approach the demon quickest Maclaren that time. At the end the Ferrari was not far from Maclaren because I remember in Suzuka 1998 they went to the race with a new engine faster especially for Suzuka wich actually allows Shumacher make the pole, and if he had the opportunity to start in first position Hakkinen would have a huge nightmare in that race even with advantage to be the second and be the champion.
Cool video. In my opinion the low nose Ferrari F310 is one of the best looking F1 cars ever made.
I believe some also refered to it as the "Roman" nosed f310. Absolutely beautiful car. The lateral head protections (1996 regulation of FIA) of the monocoque add to this beauty. The rain in Spain made this car and Schumi legends!

vin russo He was outqualifying his teammates by 3-4 seconds in 1994. unimaginable by today's standards.
He actually set almost 2 seconds faster than Alesi and Berger in 95 ferrari testing.
Thank you for this!
La storia della Ferrari Michel Sciumacher 🔴❤🏎💪👏
Amazing video!
Fantastic mix between music and images!
Thanks for make it and upload it! :)
M C is the G.O.A.T.. Best and most adaptable driver ever in the "modern" era IMO
roemloos van het toneel verdwenen, zonder eer, zonder troon.
ik mis je man !!!!

Bastian Mann You´re so right....
+Bastian Mann Well, as long as they continue to change the rules every x years, nobody is going to get close to the top teams or catch up.
+Bastian Mann just true. i hope that's will change coming soon
Its the other way around. If they KEEP changing the rules. The back row WILL catch up eventually because its an even playfield except for the money.
Indeed! And Bravo! your comment was superb!
The 1996 Ferrari is a good looking car, but a bad car. I remember Michael who said that the only good thing about it is the sitting position.
Schumy, you are the best F1 driver ever, without you F1 is not the same, get us well soon, please, legend
🤡👻❄️
he is a god!!!no nc more..pls!!
we will miss u champ
Prolly the greatest driver of all time.
No Senna the greatest ;) , Schumacher snow stone disappear 👻
@MrVilly96 The scenes are taken from the Formula 1 review 1996. The movie itself was cut together by me.

Ya, Fernando's situation and unbelievable driving with Ferrari also reminds me of Michael's earlier situation and unbelievable driving with Ferrari.
thx for entertain the crowd

Cool Video !
i miss the great pole position in monaco , but the video is good
Nice job!
@MrVilly96 I'm sorry to tell you that i have no link. The review is almost 2 hours long and not available to watch online.
that Ferrari was such a crap car! I remember that it felt like schumi dnf every second race because of technical failures :/
With this crap car he won 3 times. Amazing.
the 96 ferrari was quite good in the rain though. when michael was still a benneton he stated once that the 95 ferrari was unbeatable in the rain, but rubbish in the dry. the 96 car was the same i guess.
I don't think the 1995 V12 Ferrari was good in the rain. Where did you get that quote? I think it was Michael as a driver, more than anything else...
And 3 times pole position.
those cars look like formula 3 cars today!

GTVS The Ferrari in 2000 was only the 2nd best car. McLaren still had the better car.

ferrari f310... nice design, poor performance...
HI
this car was shit
