Stop it with Lincoln Riley as being some great quarterback coach. Lincoln is a great play caller , but USC will never win the Big 10. Every Heisman winner for Oklahoma whether at quarterback or running back came from the State of Texas and it wasn't from Coaching at Oklahoma. Colorado is set up for his future to be successful from day one.

They may be changing the entire structure, removing walk ons etc. Now, you'll just pay everyone a certain amount. NIL won't change, the collectives are like NIL from the school, though.
